X. _.What an outstanding service provided by the manager in the Livingston store. A lovely welcome. I went in to ask about getting a new battery and the face fixed on my watch. She told me it would cost £67 to fix the face and nothing for the battery, I thought that was great, she told me it would take about 5 weeks as it had to be sent away, I was a little sad as I love my watch and were it often but I really wanted it fixed. She asked me to wait a minute and went through the back and appeared with a bran new watch and that she would give me it. I really wasn't sure if she was lending me the watch while mines was away getting fixed or not but she explained no I'll give you the new one. Thinking I was paying for the repair to the other one I asked how much i was due her she said nothing this is your new receipt £0. She registered me for loyalty and offered a pick of cards to gain an incentive to buy something. I am still in shock and a little overwhelmed at what the shop manager has done for me.
So I just wanted to reach out and say thank you and you already had my families business but you now have it for life 👍❤thanks again you have no idea what your kindness meant to me today. 🥰 loyal customer Hazel Robertson xx

R. W.I was in the Store in Livingston today as my pendant chain had broken. The senior sales assistant tried to repair but couldn't so gave me a replacement totally foc. I must say that was excellent service and would make me visit the store again. Thank you.
