Had the most amazing service from everyone at this wonderful jewellers! My partner was guided completely with total care with the process of having my dream engagement ring made. We went to Allure today to get my engagement ring resized and couldn’t fault the amazing service! My partner has told me previously how helpful they were when helping him to purchase the ring and I saw it firsthand at my resizing today. They talked me through the sizes, helped me make sure I had the right size, did it all in a couple of hours so we wouldn’t have to come back into London, and helped to settle any worries I had about it. Toby helped design a custom made ring, the time it took to create a one off custom made ring was so quick! I received my ring within a couple a weeks of designing it! Had an absolutely 5-star service when buying an engagement ring from here. I am a complete novice when it comes to jewellery and they were unbelievable in helping me. I visited several times over 4 or so months and Junaid and his colleagues were excellent throughout. My experience of designing and creating my engagement ring with Junaid at Allure Jewellers was honestly such a memorable and perfect experience. I had previously spoken to several diamond & gemstone online and physical retailers prior to Allure Jewellers and had been left feeling slightly deflated and ready to give up and compromise on the ideal bespoke design I had always wanted. By luck, my fiancé and I had decided to browse Hatton Garden and found this store because when we spoke to Junaid about the bespoke design I had in mind, he instantly saw and understood my vision and, not only did he get it, he even managed to OVER-deliver on it! I gave him a very specific creative brief and budget and strict design requirements and he genuinely exceeded our expectations and so I honestly cannot recommend him and his colleagues enough. I am absolutely obsessed with my ring and always receive so many compliments on how unique and well-designed and crafted it is - and considering several of these compliments have come from patients of mine who are Hatton Garden jewellers/suppliers themselves, I can tell we picked our jeweller well! The team were excellence, Toby approached us when we were looking outside in a relaxed manor and was very knowledgeable etc. We went in to review the diamonds they have and decided on a 2ct diamond. Happy customers! My husband and I were looking for a pair of emerald and diamond earrings to match my engagement ring as a birthday and push gift. We looked in quite a few places, but the earrings design and the high quality of the emerald of an existing pair of earrings caught our eye as we were visiting different jewellers in Hatton Gardens. The staff was very friendly from the get go and they left a very good impression on us. They were able to quickly calculate the price of a new pair of earrings with a tweaked design in a different metal, which came out to be very reasonable. In between checking things out with the staff, we also watched a rather compelling video of jewellers working on their craft. We found the video of pieces of metal becoming gorgeous accessories under the skilled hands of the masters very alluring indeed. It took a few weeks for the order to be processed and once we got our earrings they looked absolutely gorgeous, as elegant and classy as I imagined them to be. Superb workmanship. The staff also got our wedding and engagement rings cleaned as a bonus. We are very content with their service.

They answered every question I had with amazing etiquette and both of them knew there stuff which filled me with confidence when buying the ring.
