Visited in May to have a “safe try chain” attached to a medical ID bracelet. Said chain did it’s job, but needed to be fixed recently. Visited on Wednesday 20th October for a repair or replacement. The gentleman was professional, courteous and friendly-and was able to explain what had happened to the chain and why. He did a brilliant repair job, hooked it back in place, and sent me on my way in less than 10 minutes. What a fantastic service there!

Thanks to Alex for repairs he did for me earlier in the year and for sourcing earrings for me. I went on on Saturday desperately looking for engraving of a curved napkin ring before Christmas. It needed to be hand done and Alex saved the day by phoning round for me and finding someone. He dropped it off and picked it up for me and I now have it. I am so so delighted! Lovely job done on resizing and repairing a very old ring that I had to cut off last year due to a swollen finger. Alex was so lovely and acknowledged the sentiment it held and did a great job. Highly recommended.

Visited the shop today about engraving a watch. Alx was really friendly and helpful. He even cleaned a very tarnished chain of mine for nothing and advised me how to maintain it in the future. His prices are very reasonable and his customer service is fantastic. I just got a good vibe from him. Highly recommend. Will definitely not be going anywhere else.

I brought in an old Sapphire ring that belonged to my late grandmother, two stones had fallen out and it was looking pretty sorry for itself. I was SO pleased that this premises remained a jewellers on a high street that is rapidly losing its community spirit! The proprietor really knows his stuff and I love the space he has created inside the shop as well as the lovely artwork. Nothing is too much trouble in terms of customer service and fair valuations. Your requests are listened to and you are made to feel like the only customer in the shop thanks to the personal attention you receive when browsing. Highly recommend a visit especially with Christmas on the horizon!
