We were both very happy with the support and assistance Anna gave us from the 1st consultation meeting where she got to understand what we both wanted, choosing the right type of material (gold for us) design options and especially on the day itself. Anna was a great teacher and was full of encouragement and direction which really helped us settle and have confidence in making our rings, I felt she was as invested as us in producing the best possible piece and never felt pressured for time.
The day with Anna was very one on one, you are not in a group or with other couples, and she is guiding you the whole way through the process, she also made us a lovely lunch herself which all added to the personal feel of the experience. We had full use of all the tools and equipment under her supervision and learned a lot about making jewellery. When we finished she celebrated with us with a toast which was the perfect end to the day, we then had the option to take home the rings or to leave them with her to get Hallmarked.
For anyone considering making your own rings but nervous about getting it wrong or not being able to do it I would say that it was easier than I expected and with a professional like Anna behind you you will end up not only with a great wedding ring but something that is extra special and the memory of a fun day.
