Having recently gotten my first ear piercings I had this store recommended by a friend. I was greeted by Jennifer, a friendly member of the sales team who listened to the idea I had for the earrings I wanted and helped talk me through the options. Eventually she recommended the square edge hoops of which they only had one in stock so wrote down exactly what they were listed as on the website and I have now ordered! Will definitely bring my business back. Thank you Jennifer! <3

Really perfect experience at Carnaby Street store. I was really impressed by this store it is beautifully laid out and the staff were really helpful and friendly. I went to get my 3rd lobes and conch done by Tyler, he was lush, really knowledgeable, professional, friendly and made me feel relaxed. I can't wait for my piercings to heal so I can go back again to complete my ear stack. I would definitely recommend!

Visited the store Sunday with an appointment for ear piercing - the staff are extra helpful and friendly. The piercer explained the whole experience and made me feel very comfortable and safe. The whole experience was fun, safe, hygienic and friendly. I was buzzing when I left the store. There are also so many lovely products to chose from and I thought reasonably priced. Such a great experience today getting pierced by Jayde. She explained everything she was doing as it was happening which helped me stay calm — I love the result! Also had a great experience upstairs picking out some cute new pieces. I had lost an earring on the way to the store and while I sadly didn’t find it on my way home, the 15% discount helped soften the blow and I went home with beautiful new earrings to add to my collection. Would recommend A&M to absolutely everyone, I’ll be back!

Fab experience at the Carnaby Street store. Firstly all the girls in there are lovely. I went in to get my upper lobes pierced, Jayde who pierced my ears was brilliant, so professional and chatty. She made me feel comfortable the whole time and made sure I was happy with everything before she actually pierced my ears. Could not recommend them enough and the jewellery is so gorgeous!

Great store, lovely staff and a wonderful experience. Myself and my niece were booked in for bracelet wielding. Our technician was the lovely Evie who spoke us through the process from start to finish and we knew what was happening every step on the way. It was great to learn about the process and Evie definitely knew her stuff - she even helped consult us as to which finish of bracelet would best suit us. The previous appointment to ours overran, but this was not an issue at all as we ended up chatting to the area manager (lovely blonde northerner - didn't catch her name) who helped consult us about our piercings - as we also wanted to book in for this. However there was only one piercing appointment left, so we have decided to rebook for a few weeks time. The team were really great with us, they helped us pick out our bracelets and out ear-studs for our future piercing - we really had the best time during our visit!!

Finally went for our piercings with Tyler at Astrid and Miyu in Carnaby and had a really lovely experience. The staff were helpful and the atmosphere relaxing which made us feel more comfortable. Will definitely be returning for further piercings here.
