Really happy that I stumbled across Mellisa at Aurora Grace!, Had been looking for a diamond bracelet for a while and kept seeing the same thing online and in stores. Mellisa had a large range of bracelets which had a higher quality diamond rating and also offered a bespoke service. The whole process was excellent and you would struggle to find the level of personal service elsewhere. The bracelet turned out beautiful and also beautifully packaged and would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a quality piece of jewellery. Thank you.

When you finally make that BIG decision and you want to purpose to the love of your life. The hard bit is getting the ring right. Amazing, I cannot say enough good things about Aurora Grace. I got tagged into this page looking for jewellery repair and oh my goodness. I got so much more. My repair of a Tiffany & Co piece went amazingly after being told by Tiffany that it couldn’t be done! Service was first class. Collected and dropped off to my door, very reasonable price and great comms throughout. Because of this super service, I asked for a commissioned piece (my first ever bespoke piece of jewellery - I know, right??) and I’m blown away. I mean it’s stunning, great guidance and advice throughout. Quality is just outstanding. We have a gorgeous Art Deco engagement ring, the shape was perfect however it wasn’t expensive and the stones were dull, we gave the ring to Mel for a refurbish and she did an amazing job, replaced the sapphire stones and added some much needed diamonds, to finish off the ring was dipped in 18ct gold. What a transformation, the ring is stunning now and looks like a million dollars Very professional and quick turnaround would 100% recommend to anyone needing refurbish or looking for new spectacular pieces.
