Unreal Service! - Everest sorted me out, was very communicative and discreet. My fiancée was over the moon, she loves the ring! It was fully custom made, based off of my designs, Everest had some great input too and ensured the ring was created with all my specifications. The price was also really good!

Having bought my wife's engagement ring and both our wedding rings from the store 10 years ago, we recently went back to purchase an eternity ring for my wife for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The service we received 10 years ago was exemplary and I am delighted to say the service on this visit was the same if not better. We were assisted by Kate in-store who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, providing expert advice and style guidance during our consultation. She is credit to the business! On a sunny Thursday, we headed along Hatton Gardens looking for a diamond necklace, slightly overwhelmed by the amount of jewellers, after one hour, I said to my mum "let's only look at places with a good shop window from now on" and looked at BHL. I saw a guy appear and thought, oh god another sales person to bother us. I was taken by a necklace and the gentlemen said, 'if you would like any help please let me know' and disappeared. Gauged that we wanted to purely look. This gentlemen, Everest provided patience and exceptional customer service when I went to try a few pieces on. I had no idea that day, I would be gifted a diamond, a forever piece. We hesitated slightly, there was no pressure and I knew this elegant design wasn't in the other shops. All the other chains were slightly old fashioned. I love the gift and am thankful it was was a pleasant experience. Quite a gift for an unexpected shopping venture. Absolutely outstanding. My fiancé and I happened to walk into Beverly Hills London on a walk through Hatton Garden because we liked something they had in the window- and I'm so glad we did! Richard and the team at Beverly Hills London went above and beyond to provide excellent service. When they didn't have exactly what we wanted in-store, they helped my fiancé and me create our dream engagement ring from scratch, with full computerized design images. This has been the smoothest transaction I've experienced for jewellery. The ring was made within the date we had been promised and it had been delivered exquisitely.
