After popping into a few jewellers in Hatton Garden and not being convinced they were right for me (I wanted a chat about wedding band options to fit my antique engagement ring), I found Brown & Kings and spent 45 minutes with Mark who talked me through various options, didn't try to upsell me or anything and was so helpful. I went home to think about it and the next day went in to place an order (and he polished up my engagement ring on the same day - it's never been this sparkly!) it was such a pleasant experience, excellent customer service. I even got to see the workshop out the back of the shop where my ring has been made. So glad to find a jeweller I can trust - and who's up for a challenge!

The team were very friendly and happy to chat through all possible wedding ring options without any pressure or obligation. We already had my engagement ring and they were confident they could make a bespoke diamond band to match perfectly, despite my ring not being standard size settings. We went around a few shops in Hatton Garden and they were able to offer the best price too. However our main reason for going with them was their clear expertise and confidence that it would be bespoke but at a very reasonable price. We also bought my fiance's wedding band here and they have both turned out just as we wanted. (A discount was also given for buying both in the end). We also recommended them to friends who were also buying wedding bands. They also tried 8 other shops in Hatton Garden and found these guys to be the best price too. They gave them a further discount because we'd recommended them too so that was really nice. They've also had their rings back as well and are really happy as well so I'd recommend going here.

By far the best jewellers in the UK. I recently had my now fiancè engagement ring bespoke made from scratch. I can't honestly thank Brown & King's enough for the quality of service. Also for their incredible workmanship the ring is beautifully handcrafted, the attention to detail is A***** and my fiance adores her ring. The documentation took 3 week but these 2 gentleman are off their feet everyday which I can understand as they are always busy. My dad has know these 2 gentleman for over 30 year and they know what they are on about. The place is an absolute Diamond. 💎

Had written the below poor review when I first purchased the ring. I had to return last month to get the ring cleaned and the centre piece fixed and upon arriving to the store Mark remembered my name and took ownership in getting the ring fixed which was great. He fixed the centre piece and also cleaned the ring to very high standard, he was also willing to drop the ring off to my work place which is a sign of great personal guest service - thank you Mark. Appreciate you fixing the ring and also getting it cleaned. If I could give a zero rating on the service and quality of the work of the ring, I would. Similar to the poor rating which they received below from one reviewer, the initial purchase went well and the guy was very helpful (did not catch his name, but as there are always two gents in the shop, I assume it's either Brown or King..). Now I had purchased my ring on the 28th August and was told that the paperwork would be sent within a weeks time. After my holiday at the end of September I still had not received my documents, so went to resize the ring for my fiance and to find the update of my documents. They took my details down again, contact number and email address and within a weeks time still no document! I had to go down to the shop 5 times to try and get the documents which should have been sent early September. Everytime I went, they asked for my contact details! You've taken it 5 times already, you should have them stored or safeguarded on the system! Finally received the documents on the 29th October, nearly 2 months since my purchase and 5 store follow ups! Talking about the ring being resized, they had resized it down which was okay for my partner. The next day she put her hands through her hair and the ring got stuck. She realised that one part was missing of the central diamond holder plus the main diamond was chipped. I went down to the store and they were blaming my partner for smacking it. Diamonds are very difficult to chip or cut. My partner had a ring previously to this which is still good as new (more than 2 years without any chips). So you can tell the standard of workmanship quality at this place. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Extremely professional, helpful and friendly service. I wasn't sure which style engagement ring to get so they made 2 mounts for me so I could select the right one. Also stayed late so I could make it in there. When she has said yes we went back to get the ring resized slightly and we are very happy with it. Going back for wedding rings shortly!
