It's been nearly four years since my first visit to Bucherer Rolex. It's opened my eyes to what a level of personal service can be. Every visit was so welcoming; all staff are extremely polite and helpful. Joanna was attentive, welcoming from the first minute to where she got to almost know me like a psychiatrist and, with her knowledge and patience, guided me. When I took my wife last year, she was also so impressed by her intelligence and knowledge in helping her choose her watch.

I had been waiting quite a while to purchase my Tudor Bucherer, and when I finally made the trip down, Marcio instantly made me feel like I was there for a special experience. He took customer service to a whole new level, along with the aid of his wonderful manager Aaron. Buying this watch was a big deal for me and they made it as exciting as I always hoped it would be! I was served by Bucherer Rolex finest Asset Mrs Laila of selfriges London, she has made the customer experience 2nd to none & before hand my family & I have had longer relationships in other retailers but since meeting Laila she is my go to. She just makes the experience a amazing one caring and knowledgeable in her role and takes it with pride, Rolex should be very proud to have such a amazing key member who has a skill to obtain a client and make the experience a unique one.
