I visited the shop as a repeat customer, in search of my dream watch. After a short wait outside due to the capacity restrictions around Covid, I was greeted by pleasant security staff, and they welcomed me into the shop. Each customer was being served by a salesperson, so I used the opportunity to quickly browse the displays. It wasn't long before a salesperson named Robert approached me and introduced himself. We had a very pleasant conversation, and he was able to find the answer to a question about my wife's watch. He was then kind enough to assist me with detailed information about the timepiece that I was interested in. I really enjoyed the experience and felt like a valued customer. This is quite rare to see these days, so I am really happy and can definitely recommend this shop and the salespeople there.

My husband and I bought few items from Bucherer’s Westfield branch over the last few years and met quite few assistants. We are really impressed with Nafi, the store’s new assistant manager, who’s extremely knowledgeable and professional. We love our recent purchase from his store and had a great shopping experience!

I booked an appointment to get my watch adjusted here ahead of my brothers wedding. As happens on occasion, they werent able to adjust my bracelet in the appointment I had booked. This was because the necessary equipment wasnt available in store. Carly apologised and immediately offered to get us a taxi to the next branch where it would be possible to get the adjustment or to give us a slot on priority at another store. She arranged an appointment for us asap and even offered us dinner to make up for the inconvenience. I really appreciate her and the help she gave us. Brilliant problem solving skills. Thanks Carly!

I honestly cannot fault my experience buying from Daniel at the Westfield Bucherer branch. He managed to find a watch I've been wanting for a very long time, which I'm very grateful and we had champagne which was a great touch. However, what really stood out to me though, was how much of an occasion Daniel made the transaction simply by being really personable. He understood my nerves when making the purchase and he appreciated that this was a special occasion for me. It's hard to find customer interactions like that today. In fact, it was the best buying experience I've ever had. It was so good, it made me toy with the idea of selling one of my other watches so I could buy another new watch!

I’ve Been coming to Bucherer Westfield since my first watch purchase in 2017. I love visiting the store as much as possible even if it’s just to have a browse, and have always been made to feel welcome from the professional friendly staff. Head the pleasure of dealing with Serge, I've been looking at buying a high end watch for few months and couldn't decide as most salesmen were biased towards certain brands. Amazing experience - I had the pleasure of dealing with Mo , who looked after me extremely well. Mo knew his stuff, and was both helpful and informative. I would definately recommend ,from the very first phone call to the store, he has been incredibly helpful and gone out of his way to assist me and make the whole experience a really positive one. Bucherer Westfield is completely superb. My life partner purchased my delightful wedding ring here and acquainted me with Moe Mounder executive sales specialist Customer experience is eminent! He certainly made use feel special and did not weight us into purchasing. Moe Mounder had give us extensive precious stone knowlegde, prices are entirely sensible. I recently popped in to this shop to look at a IWC watch. Peter helped me out, showed me lots of different ones I was interested in and also helped lead me to some I hadn't considered. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Later on when I came back Shane helped me first and then Peter took over again. Both guys were a pleasure to deal with and really knew their stuff. Neither were pushy and seemed genuinely interested in the products and finding the right one for me. I would definitely recommend this shop, I doubt you would find better staff or a better range of watches.

Peter was very helpful on the phone when requesting to view a watch. I was accommodated efficiently. Dady was very helpful. Very knowledgable. Shane was very helpful in showing me how to adjust the strap. I would of liked more information online about the watch and the manufacturers date of production etc.

Came in looking for a omega and one of the specialists Peter Christopher who despite upselling me from the Omega I wanted originally, I left with a beautiful Tudor special edition. The service and the watch piece share a similar trait, they are both exceptional!
