I arranged to visit the store so I could see the watches in the metal before buying. Ben did a fantastic job. He was patient, courteous and professional. The transaction was quick and easy. I’m pleased with the quality of the watches and the price I paid. The pieces were not over polished like I’ve seen sold by many grey market dealers. I highly recommend Charles Fish if you’re looking for pre-owned watches.

I ordered 3 swarovski necklaces and within a few days my package arrived. I was quite impressed with the speed of the delivery. The box was properly sealed and the necklace boxes were protected with padding so nothing was damaged. Very impressed with everything at Charles Fish. I did my research before I brought them and this was the cheapest.

I initially phoned Charles Fish shop to check the availability of the watch I was interested in, they quickly confirmed that the particular watch was held in stock and they actually had a number ready for order and dispatch. It was requested that I place an order online and make payment through their online ordering process, which I was happy to do for the extra security that provided.. Having now ordered the watch forth with it was quickly packed and dispatched, (I am wearing the watch as I write this now, very happy), I received it quickly afterwards. I would have no trouble recommending Charles Fish as a watch supplier.

Charles Fish is a fantastic jeweller's with a wide range of fantastic jewelry.
