I have used a couple times now and have had a good experience. A got a Good price on the watches and found them very helpful (and they price matched) when I found the same watch cheaper.

Not only the lowest price on my Omega Speedmaster Pro, but also everything as promised. I got the watch in time, new and fully packed. And it comes with both manufacturer's and Chronext's warranty.

What to say about Chronext....I think in a few words, they’ve got some work to do. I reviewed the other Google reviews, and decided to take a chance on them anyway knowing my bank would sort anything out if I weren’t sold what was offered. I did indeed get what was ordered, a brand new, unused watch with original papers and its box. So that was great, and even better I saved some cash! Win, win right? Well… maybe not so much, their support team needs to be refactored or at least they need more staff. I had sent countless emails asking for updates on my watch e.g. and ETA. Originally when purchasing it said that it’d take two weeks. Well mine took around 5 weeks. With ZERO proactive reachout from Chronext. They claim to have a dedicated account manager when you purchase a watch, the fact is I never heard from mine when I did contact them. I only ever heard from someone on their generic support team it seems... Eventually even Support went quiet and just stopped replying to my emails when the 4th week flew by. I, like others in the review section, had to call the UK store and the person there chased around for me, let me know that my watch was in-stock and being prepped for customs paperwork (given that I’m from the U.K., i know that BREXIT is a pain). Anyway another few days passed, no update. So I called up again and got through to someone in their Germany HQ, it seems I got lucky as it turns out my order was stuck in the system and someone had to manually go approve it before the actual paperwork would be completed. So bottom line, they’ve got a lot of work to do, to improve the customer experience and overall “VIP” feeling they so desperately try to show you on their site + in marketing that gets emailed over with your order. It also seems they have some system issues to figure out, and I don’t know about anyone else. When you spend thousands on a product it comes with the territory that the seller would have good PROACTIVE support. They don’t. PLEASE FIX THIS CHRNONEXT, and I might order from you in the future. 3 out of 5 stars because of this.

I had fantastic customer service from the representative I worked with, Alexander S. He was very responsive, helpful and polite.
I had a difficult experience with Chronext's internal processes. I ordered a new 2019 watch but I received a "very good" 3 year old second hand piece. I was able to work with Alex to resolve the issue around the watch, but I really do not expect for a used item to be received when I am purchasing a new 2019 model.

Customer service was excellent. There was a delay of 12-14 days with my order so they rang me to tell me. I explained that it was a gift for my son's birthday so the guy said he would try another supplier. He obviously did because the watch arrived safely 6 days later. I was very impressed - thank you :)
