Used Colebys to make my wife's Engagement ring. The whole experience was simple and reassuring. Ricky was discreet when contacting me and the end product was exactly how I had envisioned it! Ricky, Lenny and the team have been diamonds from start to finish. Purchased an engagement ring for my soon to be fiancé and the guys couldn't have been more patient and customer caring. I could not say enough good things about this company. The only let down was that I was told the ring would take 2-3 weeks and it was finished in two days!. Brilliant job gents. Fingers crossed she now says yes or I will be testing your refund policy! :)

I purchased a pre-owned Omega Dark Side of the Moon over the phone on 04/07/17. The watch was precisely as described i.e. 'Mint and with all boxes, papers, hang tags etc.' and it arrived the following day. The staff were very informative and a pleasure to deal with. Great service.

Great range of jewellery. Fantastic customer service. I wouldntw buy jewellery or watches from anywhere else. We have had engagement ring, wedding rings and necklaces from here and it's our one and only stop when purchasing anything like this. The service doesn't stop once purchased. I take my jewellery back for checks on the diamonds and cleaning , resizing etc and the colebys are only to happy to help.
