These guys service was absolutely incredible, we had a slight hiccup with a product and within a matter of days had it shipped and returned back to us with our problem solved. Looking for pearl jewellery as a Christmas present I found Coleman Douglas Pearls and was impressed by the range of styles and types of jewellery available. I selected the freshwater pearl mini stud earings and the 'Simple' chain bracelet to match. My order was delivered in good time and the items were of excellent quality, presented in stylish boxes. On giving the gift, the bracelet was found to be too small and so I approached Chrissie to find out what my options where as I didn't want to return the item for a refund. She promptly contacted me by email and it was decided that I would return the bracelet to be enlarged by the appropriate length. The jewellery was altered and having just received the bracelet back in its new lengthened size it fits perfectly The workmanship is of the highest quality and for a very reasonable price. I have no hesitation in recommending Coleman Douglas Pearls to anyone who is looking for good service and a good quality product that is both original and stylish.

I knew I wanted some pearls but had only an idea of how they would look. My husband wanted to buy me a necklace for my birthday and after much research took me to Coleman Douglas pearls in Beauchamp place . This was to be the start of a most wonderful journey to not only understanding the life of a pearl but to find the pearls that were right for me personally. We were introduced to Chrissy who set about enthusiastically matching the different colours to me and making recommendations. After finding the pearls that I liked we sat together to put my vision in place and created the most wonderful necklace. Chrissy transformed a vision from my mind into the most stunning necklace. Now created we needed to leave it to Chrissy to take our design and our chosen pearls and make them into the finished necklace. Today we returned to the shop to see our creation for the first time. My necklace was more than I ever could have imagined it could be, the necklace is beautiful and elegant and we both absolutely loved it. Through her design and choosing the colours and the pearls I now have not only one but four types of pearl necklace as I am able to move and add my pendant to the necklace and one created just for me. I am overwhelmed not only with my necklace but the care and thought and absolutely amazing service that we have received from Coleman Douglas Pearls. My daughter’s 18th birthday was fast approaching and I decided to get her some pearl jewellery, just like I had done for her older sister a couple of years earlier. Chrissie was full of great ideas and suggestions. She and her team pulled out all the stops, so my daughter would have a pair of the most beautiful bespoke pearl earrings in time for her birthday. And all of this within the initial budget we agreed from the start. I have nothing but praise for the extraordinary effort and kindness shown by Chrissie during this troubled time of pandemic and lockdown. I've been shopping here for 8 years now, since a friend brought me to see Chrissie while I was at university near by. I love it! The pearls are stunning and I love how they have all the different colours available and out on display, so unlike other shops nearby that are all white pearls. One of the best things for me is the customer service, the staff are so understanding and will find you something beautiful to suit your budget whatever that may be (and when I was a student, trust me it was very little). Chrissie is the master of picking out pearls and matching colours, she always picks something I would never look at myself, but when I put it on its amazing and fast becomes one of my favourite pieces.
