I can't recommend this shop enough — it would be 6 stars or more if Google had that option. I had a Rolex watch from 1958 that Daryl and his team have beautifully restored from a sorry state including sourcing a similar strap from the same period. Very professional, informative and he goes the extra mile to help you. Great service... Fulfilled my brief 100%. Thank you!

Totally recommend Crystal Palace Jewelleres. After a botched job by another company I had a vintage ring needing repair. The owner was extremely attentive to my request and in the end the ring looks great and beautiful. The prices are also extremely affordable and the overall experience was 5 stars!

Unfortunately I lost my dad last month and was given his signet ring. The ring was originally given to him for his 50th birthday from me. He wore it for 26 years and as you can imagine it was really beaten up not to mention too big for me. I began searching for a jewellery shop who could resize it for me. With the help of Google I found Crystal Palace Jewellers. The reviews were good so I rang to find out if they could help. I was told straight away that a goldsmith is on the premises on Saturday, so pop in. I did just that and went to the shop on the 10th March at approximately 11.30am and spoke to the goldsmith. He was friendly and professional. After the consultation he was happy to reduce the ring by 10 sizes! I was also informed of the price which was incredibly reasonable. I was advised to return a couple of hours later. When I returned I was amazed to find my dad's battered old ring now looked brand new and fitted like a dream. I highly recommend this business if you need any alterations. I would also like to say a big thank you again to the goldsmith who has given me the opportunity of keeping my dad literally close at hand X

Absolutely love this place! I'm a hopeless vintage jewellery junkie & I can't walk by their window without stopping to look. If they don't have what you want they'll make it for you & their prices are way more competitive than anywhere else I've been. That includes New York, Atlanta, Boston & Cincinnati, not to mention London's Hatton Garden, where they know some of the dealers. It's also just a fun place to visit with a wide variety of people passing through, from trade professionals to members of the public seeking That Special Piece.

Friends told me about this "gem" and it is true - I dropped 10 watches to have the batteries changed and was charged £50. The lady and gentleman doing the work were very quick, efficient and most charming. I will defiantly use them again. James McLean
