a. h.Having used D&M Cohen (now Cohens Jewellers) for more years than I care to remember (at least 20), i have always found them to be reliable, resourceful, efficient and friendly. No matter what my requirement, big (watch, ring) or small (watch battery, picture frame, etc), my experience is always the same.
They really are a well run family business who will go above and beyond to assist and use their expertise to guide you without being pushy. It is worth noting that they are very well connected and have an extensive network that they can draw upon which has been established over the last 50 years.
I can only speak from my own experience but for someone who is particular about what they like and someone who also shops around, I haven't needed to go anywhere else.
