The service I received at Decoris was amazing. The team have immense knowledge about diamonds and are able to communicate this in the most simple and effective way. During the initial consultation, I was shown a range of diamonds, designs and styles, and I was guided with expert knowledge. I tried many places before coming to Decoris Diamonds, especially online. What won me over with Decoris Diamonds was their competitive pricing and the level of transparency and honesty of it's owner Mursaline. I have never felt more comfortable in making such an expensive purchase. The pricing was the best I found on the market. I even tried well known and well reviewed online retailers who claimed to have great prices; however, the quality and price of Decoris Diamonds was unmatched. Diamonds that were being sold at Beaverbrooks and other High Street retailers at £3000 were priced at £1000 when comparing the 4Cs. I recommend all family and friends to use Decoris Diamonds. I'm honestly thankful that I found Decoris Diamonds and I hope they carry their ethics with them and become one of the major Diamond dealers in the world.

Both myself and my partner bought our wedding rings from Decoris based on a recommendation from our friend. The colleagues at Decoris are extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and patient. We’re quite picky people but they were patient throughout the whole process! The team at Decoris run a smooth operation, from the warm welcome, comfortable office, and friendly faces. You can tell great care is taken in ensuring their clients are looked after and at ease. Before any in-person meeting, we shared design ideas/ mood boards to give an idea of the style we are after. In person, we were taken through the diamond selection process, given ample time to go back and forth on ideas, and always felt at ease with our selection. For such a big purchase it can be daunting, but it is great to have someone like Mursalin who communicates, gives you time, and is someone you can trust. I particularly liked the many charitable endeavors he has also set up! I am thrilled with the end product, and would highly recommend Decoris Diamonds to anyone considering purchasing an engagement ring.
