M. M.Haven't been in the last few months, but this is a long standing, trust worthy business, he takes great pride and always ensures customer is happy, which I have always been. Any minor issues are dealt with immediately. Be going there in the new year, to have a customer made ring..
L. M.I would recommend this jewellers. They did a good job mending a sterling silver pendant at what I felt was a reasonable price - £15. However, taking the job (and my money) wasn't their first response; he initially offered to super glue the bead back on (instead of replace the metal bit holding it) because he felt £15 was maybe a lot given the value of the piece. I opted to get it fixed though and they did it well. The only small disappointment is that they don't give a warranty on their work, or at least not on a job like this.
