I was put in touch with Karan from Diamonds & Diamonds through a mutual friend and from the moment I got contact he was incredibly helpful. From the initial consultation, including a crash course in diamond grading so I knew what I was looking at. The design process and choosing the final stone. He was very accommodating to my schedule. Once I had given the engagement ring to fiancé, he made another house call to make any adjustments to the sizing and also another ring that had been given to us by a relative.
