My fiancé proposed to me with a simple "placeholder" ring as he had no idea what I would like/want. I am speechless about my experience with Diamonds Factory. It was professional and caring from the moment I walked in. STAFF - We were welcomed by Becky and she was astounding every step of the way. If you pay this place a visit I strongly advise that she is the one that serves you. Although, my limited contact with all the other staff was pleasant I can only comment on Becky as she was superb. I was relatively a beginner when I walked in but Becky made sure I was an expert walking out. She also made sure I was totally satisfied before anything was paid. This place is perfect and the service is world class. I started my journey knowing nothing about what counts as a good engagement ring. Even after hours of YouTube videos about the 4 C's and ratios, I still had plenty of unanswered questions. Here's where Diamonds Factory comes in. I was greeted by Krystyna Lis, who helped me and my soon to be fiancée pick out the ring styles, cut, clarity, you name it. We got to see a large variety of samples and she was very friendly and professional in her opinion, whilst being a wealth of knowledge. After a lot of research in the New York and London diamond market, My husband and I went to the Diamond Factory looking for a tennis bracelet to mark the birth of our daughter. We were met by Adriano and Alessia who couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. They also were very transparent in terms of pricing and when we asked to see different sizes referred to their database of diamonds rather than some secret manual. I placed an order for a diamond tennis bracelet just before Christmas 2019. When it arrived it was beautiful but the clasp was quite loose so I arranged for it to be returned after Christmas, to be adjusted. To cut a long story short, a new bracelet had to be made for me. The staff at Hatton Garden were very helpful but I have to make special mention of Sahar! She went over and beyond to resolve the issue with my bracelet and was at all times extremely pleasant and professional and apologetic that the whole experience had not been straightforward; nothing was too much trouble for her. I am now the proud owner of a gorgeous bracelet and despite the original setback will definitely make another purchase in the future but I will only deal with Sahar!

Eva was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. After she understood my specification (which went beyond the 4 C's) she regularly checked available GIA certified diamonds for me and sent me through specifications. After I had found the one I wanted it was roughly a one week turnaround to the ring being finished and ready for collection. As a buyer that came with some sort of education on the market I also checked various Hatton Garden retailers and they cannot match the price. Diamonds factory was a fantastic choice, the business is clearly disrupting the other brands and there is no compromise on service levels. If anything they are better and have access to a greater range of designs. Although I haven't popped the question yet. I am sure she will be happy with the ring. Thank you Eva!

The diamond is very sparkling and I would suggest to get the international certificate rather than their certificate. Also, it was free to resize as it was slightly too large. Placed an order for a diamond bracelet by using the discount code 20% off online. They refused to honour that by stating their is a glitch on the website and I can only have a 10% discount. Very disappointed experience. When I asked to cancel my finance agreement, I was told to speak to the finance company. Finance company said speak to the retailer. It was absolutely frustrating. In the end Thomas from DF cancelled this for me. It was a totally misleading experience. I placed another order with DF after their Operation Manager (Sahar) assured me that she will personally take care of it. She was very professional, proactive and got my order delivered on time. 👍

I bought an engagement ring at TDF about a year ago. It was as beautiful as it appeared in the picture and came with an official GIA certificate. My soon to be wife loved it as much me. Unfortunately a few weeks ago one of the small diamonds fell out, so I contacted TDF (via their German speaking team) via email. Within the 3 weeks the ring was repaired, professionally cleaned and returned to me. Everything was free of charge and the German lady at TDF I was in contact with was really helpful and lovely. I was so hestitant to buy a ring (of such value) online at first and had done my research prior, but now all in all I can surely recommend this place. The same ring at a jeweler in Frankfurt would have probalby cost me almost double for the same quality

Nice staff. Good price products in comparison to the rest of the street. How they are able to do this is simple. They outsource you a diamond using your deposit money, whereas the rest of the high street can show you physical diamonds without having the need to pay a deposit. If I had the time and was 100% sure (after reading the terms and conditions) that if I pay the deposit and see the diamond but I'm not happy, then I can get my full money back, then i would be happy to try this place out. So to clarify, they will help find exactly what you're looking for then will find the diamond from wherever in the world that the source from and then show you what you're looking for. I personally like to view the diamond prior as not every diamond looks the same in the same category. I also noticed that they show you diamonds that they have in the back, but they show you it on a black tray, if you do your research on diamonds you'd know that having a black background can hide certain inclusions etc whereas viewing on white is the best way to see what you are getting. Overall the people were nice and responded in a timely manner but unfortunately I could not buy blindly.

You won't even get the diamond you have paid for necessarily...but like us a much higher quality one! I would just like to say how great your staff were when I came to pick a ring for my future wife the person who helped me was very attentive and a breathe of fresh air and I loved the tattoos she had. This was all to be spoilt by what I can only explain to be a catastrophe. As you could not supply all the paperwork for the ring I purchased you ask me if you could send it on to me to which I did agree the person that completed the payment even asked me a date so that the paperwork would not come before I proposed. To my horror there is now a letter from youselfs sitting on my kitchen worktop with a return address of Hatton garden. I have gone to great lengths to keep this from my future wife as I had prepared a special occasion for this weekend 30/09/2017 to propose to my girlfriend for it now to be spoilt by yourselves. You may wonder did she see the letter yes. Did she read where it has come from yes. I would like to hear your comments on this.
