Went ring shopping with the future misses and wandered into Elegance Jewellers around closing time (5pm on a Saturday). Sarwar welcomed us in and gave us a really extensive break down of the acceptable clarity, grading, certification, identification, etc of a diamond. He then accommodated a ring design that the misses wanted and with it a very reasonable price. We left way past closing time without being pressured into buying anything and with a wealth of knowledge and confidence in diamonds. We shopped around locally elsewhere for something similar to what Elegance Jewellers had offered but nothing came close. So we went back, paid the deposit and received the ring not long after. No complaints at all and very happy with the service.

I was very lucky to have Sarwar guiding me through the process of choosing the perfect stone , he was very patient and gave excellent advice regarding the diamond. We made a bespoke ring and he excuted the design just like I wanted but he also gave a very valuable advice about the setting to make sure the stone is secure without compromising the design. There are so many stores in HG it can be a bit overwhelming. Pure luck took us to Elegance, but I’m glad we did. The staff were friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. I felt we could walk away at any time. Eventually we chose some stones and agreed a price that we were all happy with. Picked it up on Saturday and it’s stunning. It looks way better in real life and is a fab royal blue colour. So happy!

Excellent service from Elegance Jewellers!! We set aside a day to go shopping for an engagement ring and was prepared to visit numerous shops if necessary. We were window shopping at various places then Elegance were the first to invite us into the shop to see the range they had to offer, so we accepted. What an amazing experience from start to finish. I was recommended both Elegance Jewellers and Zain (in particular) by a friend, after he helped design her engagement ring. I came to Elegance to design a ring of huge sentimental value, but wasn’t too sure what I wanted. Zain was amazing at helping me with ideas and designing the ring, but also leaving me to make my own decisions meaning I felt comfortable at every stage moving forward. I didn’t feel any pressure. I am absolutely in love with my ring, but do not doubt that Zain would’ve worked with me to alter it, had I ended up not being happy with the outcome. Excellent service. Excellent quality! I don't know where to start! The moment my mum and I walked in to find a ring for my now fiancé, we had the warmest welcome from Janaid. He was so helpful and didn't put any pressure on us - he simply helped us. Even when I spilt a whole jar of jam in my bag, he helped with that too! I got the exact engagement ring I wanted for my girlfriend and fortunately she loves it. Janaid helped me with the different types of rings, diamonds, sapphires, the whole lot! We have had to go back twice to get it resized (I was way off with my sizing!) and they have been so efficient with it, it was done in a few days both times. Excellent Quality and Service! My fiance and I thought we would try Elegance on Greville St after spending some time with another diamond wholesaler close by. I didn't have any high expectations and my initial thoughts were that they would try and do their best at persuading us to buy an expensive engagement ring to upgrade the one i had received several years ago. My attitude soon changed once we sat down with Sara. A lovely sales advisor who came across as very genuine and with the sole mission of giving us exactly what we wanted at the price and budget we could afford. We did not feel pressured in any way or rushed and we spent almost a whole afternoon looking at various engagement rings and discussing the exact design we had in mind and that which would suit. I thought the service was outstanding and we also got to meet and hear opinions of the rest of the team who were equally helpful and with the same attitude of wanting to please without being pushy. We purchased a beautiful engagement ring which was ordered and ready for collection around 3 weeks later. We were so pleased with the service, advice and experience given, that we decided to go back to Elegance to order our wedding rings. Before we did this we did visit several other jewellers in the area to compare, however none gave us the same sense of confidence or personal and genuine care that we had received at Elegance. We did find a design in a close by store for my fiance's wedding band that we really liked and after describing it to them, Elegance were able to replicate the design at a very competitive price and we placed the order for our bands. The finished rings were exactly what we had hoped for and we were extremely pleased! I went into Elegance and talked with a gentleman called Sawar, who was absolutely fantastic. He was very patient, answered a lot of questions that I had and also showed me various ring samples. I was probably with Sawar for the best part of a few hours, but never felt rushed at all, and left feeling confident with what I wanted. A couple of days later I ordered a ring through Sawar, which was a custom design and he had made up within a few weeks. Pleased to say that the other half said yes, and absolutely loves the ring! I recently purchased a bespoke engagement ring from Elegance and the result was outstanding. I was specifically looking for a ruby/diamond combination, and although the rings of this type that were on display didn't tick all of the boxes, Sara was committed to finding the stone and ring design that did (while also respecting my budget). Once we had settled on the design, the turnaround for getting the ring made was a mere week! The quality of the ring was exceptional: the settings for the stones were handmade rather than cast which makes for a much sturdier ring, the ruby was deep red in colour and the cut and clarity of the diamonds was excellent. If you are looking for an engagement ring (or other form of jewellery for that matter) of exceptional quality that will stand the test of time, use Elegance.

Amazing service - the Elegance Jewellers is run by very helpful and friendly folks (the shop feels like a big family). They try to advice as well as possible, provide you with different options and are happy to accommodate changes. When my fiancee and I were looking for wedding rings, the shop staff was very helpful in providing assistance. Zain, who helped us, showed us different designs of rings, discussed the materials, pricing, finishes and sizing, and then also gave us an option to change the design finish free of charge if we decide that we preferred another one. Also, when my ring ended up being a bit too big for my liking (it was a comfort fit and not flat fit on the inside), they took it in for resizing without any additional charge (even though the engraving would need to be redone). The service and quality at Elegance jewellers is above and beyond expectations. We got my engagement ring from here last year, and this year, one year on, they have provided a free service and polish including a valuation for insurance purposes. I remember that day when i went door to door searching for a proposal ring. Being a bloke, i was nervous and confused, thinking what if she doesn't like it. It was getting dark in the evening and i finally decided to go home. But then came across Elegance Jewellers shop and thought to give it a go. A gentleman named Zain assisted us. We knew nothing of diamonds but had an idea about what we liked. When shopping for an engagement ring earlier this year I visited Hatton Garden and was overwhelmed by the range of jewelers. I wasn't sure where to go, who to speak to. I visited a couple of other jewelers before finding Elegance Jewelers, and the contrast was huge. Whereas others were just focused on trying to sell me a ring, Sawar listened to me, helped me work out on the stone, setting and band I desired. When inspiration struck and I was desperate to hear whether the custom design I had in mind was achievable, Sawar kept the store open late and explained exactly how they could create my perfect ring. Four weeks later, I was holding the ring, exactly as I had envisioned it. It was perfect. To top it all off, after I proposed we discovered the ring was slightly too big. I would highly recommend Elegance Jewellers. I visited Hatton Garden in search for an engagement ring. Having completed some research, I had seen several positive reviews of the jeweller thus headed in their direction whilst looking in the window of each of the other stores along the way (like many other guys!). On arriving at the store, Zain saw me looking in the window (most likely looking a little lost and out of my depth). He came out and introduced himself and asked if he could help. From there, we chatted a little and I explained the kind of thing I was looking for. Zain was very patient and took time to talk through each of the key areas and helped me choose the perfect ring for my fiancée. I never once felt pressured - I actually went in to the store 3 times before making a final decision and paying the deposit. She said yes and absolutely loved the ring so thank you, Zain. Have been looking for an engagement ring for a while. We visited Elegance Jewellers off Hatton Garden in Greville Street, found a small family business. Our budget was £2,000 for a 0.70 CT diamond ring. We walked out spending £2,300, but this included a matching wedding ring that complemented the engagement ring. Overall felt quite comfortable with what we purchased. Don’t think we could have found any better value. Oh we did have to haggle, so worth practicing your technique before you visit! We decided to head down to Hatton Gardens to look for engagement rings, seems cliché but it was the first place we thought of for our engagement rings. We stopped off at a few shops and I soon got to grips with what we want and what’s a good diamond. I realised it should be a D or E in colour and a VS1 clarity was a bare minimum. Some of the establishments we stopped off at were so far off the mark with their valuations. Huge diamonds but poor clarity and colour meant we really weren't interested. As we had decided to call it a day, we happened to walk past Elegance Jewellers, who were about to close but happily let us in and take a look around. We were served by Sarwar; we seriously couldn't have asked for a better sales experience. Sarwar made us feel welcome and didn't hesitate to show us any of the diamonds and rings they had in the store. We soon made a decision and then the daunting 'price wars' were to start. There was nothing daunting about it, Sarwar was happy to deal and we were in a position to purchase. We soon met at a happy compromise, deposits were paid and we were ecstatic. We would highly recommend Elegance Jewellers if you are looking for any jewellery, the service, the price and the fact they went above and beyond the norm to make the purchase as trouble free as possible was a delight to work with. He told me to go walk around and check out other stores to make sure that this is the perfect ring for the special lady. Hatton Garden is a minefeld of jewellers and to be honest a little scary if you are frightened of being ripped off. Your first port of call should without a doubt be Elegance Jewellers on Greville Street. It's only a tiny shop, a family run business and is unpretentious however the service is exceptional and they are the friendliest shop we went to by far. When we arrivedJunaid listened intently to my design ideas and how much we wanted to spend and created an exquisite ring with the band that I wanted and the diamond I had chosen (bands and diamonds can be chosen separately) I am truly delighted. Nice Guys in a relaxed environment. These guys are a great contrast to the rest of Hatton Gardens where you end up getting frustrated as you never know if you are getting a good deal. They have a small shop just off Hatton Gardens, and it can get cramped but I was glad I was not paying extra for my diamond to pay for a large store front. These guys are also trustworthy which is important They showed a me a diamond they had in stock and once we agreed the price, they provided good advice as to the ring that might go with it and then had it set the next day.
