J. A.I first came to Eternity in 2017 when I was looking for an eternity ring. It was the first time I had been back to Hatton Garden since we got engaged and it was about to be our 30th Wedding Anniversary. I wanted to have a look around before going back with my husband to make the final choice. (Any excuse!) The staff at Eternity were amazing - friendly, professional, with years of experience. There was no hard sell, and the quality of their jewellery seemed to stand out to me. I really enjoyed being there.
When I returned with my husband, the whole experience was just perfect. We were there hours choosing and eventually decided upon a completely different ring. I wear it as often as I can and it always makes me smile, as I remember not just the ring but the whole special experience.
I have since recommended Eternity to friends on many occasions, and now am recommending them to you all.

I returned it to them and without charge they have built up the fixing so that the diamond looks ok and isn’t wobbly any more

N. J.Visit this place last, as I am sure you will decide it is the best, even if not the cheapest! We found Laurence in the shop was very helpful, and he did not pressurise us at all. We were after a diamond and ruby 'eternity' ring for our 40th wedding anniversary. We found a perfect one, with a nice thin profile to match my wife's slim fingers. The one in the shop was slightly too big, but they made a new one to fit beautifully, and by request in time for a special party, in just two weeks. My amateur picture does not do it justice: she can't get over how nice it is.
