G. N.My husband and I visited FineCraft London after a disappointing day looking round Hatton Gardens to find the perfect ring! We dealt with Coral and instantly felt comfortable in comparison to other places we had visited. Coral really took the time to listen to us and the style of ring we wanted to fit our budget. We spent a good hour looking at and discussing different rings until we found one that ticked all the boxes. We are absolutely delighted with the service we received and would highly recommend FineCraft jewellers. Thank you Coral :)

Coral treated us like a valued customer looking after us very well knowing we had come back as a repeat customer. We paid the deposit on the rings the day before lockdown began and Coral was able to have the rings made in time for our wedding keeping us informed throughout.

Fine Craft were incredibly helpful and the thing that I appreciated the most was them not being pushy to spend more just so they would get a better commission. I told them exactly what I was looking for with my budget and they helped me design a beautiful ring whereas the other shops would just show me their most expensive rings or bring back something that did not fit my criteria thinking they knew better than what I thought my partner would like. I’m not a jeweller and they explained everything very well in simple terms so I could fully understand, they were also very welcoming, friendly, even gave me a bottle of champagne and clearly cared about me being fully satisfied with my purchase plus my fiancé loves it!
A.Great experience with Finecraft. I shopped around and went into countless jewellers in Hatton Garden and Tony was the most helpful, giving me good but most importantly honest advice, which can be hard to find when it comes to diamonds! Found me a diamond at the spec I wanted for the best price but offered me a variety of options/compromises if I wanted bigger etc. The ring itself was made in Italy and delivered within two weeks, Tony kept me up to speed with the progress throughout. Couldn’t be happier with the end product, will use them again.
