I don’t know why the shop has bad reviews. I went in there yesterday and purchased a gold necklace which was exactly what I was looking for. The staff were very helpful and not rude at all I would definitely go back again

Huge selection of second hand jewellery which was such fun to browse through. Staff were really lovely and helpful too.

I visited this shop a few days ago as my watch needed a new battery. The staff were absolutely excellent, very friendly and professional. The lady struggled to open my watch as the screws are very tiny, however she asked another staff member who eventually managed to open it and replaced the battery. Result is that I now have a working watch and the price was very reasonable. I would certainly have no hesitation in returning to this shop.

I have know this jewellers for almost 31 years and I have never have any problems with them. I still have my first bracelet that I bought from them in 1990 and I even pass it on to my son who is 22 years old now. They even use to have a branch in Fulham.

Went to get engagment rings, they have a pretty good selection of rings from gold to silver, i got an engagment ring for me and my mr. I just wished they had more sizes available. The ring i got did not have much in diffrent sizes. But im happy with the rings.

Recommend: repair service and wedding rings My wife keeps getting her bracelet caught in things, causing the very fine links to break. It must have happened 10 times in the past 2 years because the links are ridiculously fine. Every time it comes back repaired by Gems of Broadway you wouldn't even notice the soldering, we were very impressed. We decided to get our engagement and wedding rings from these guys too and can safely say they are the nicest people to deal with, patient and understanding.

Kind man in the store fixed the size of my watch for me at no charge. They sell gorgeous tiny gold bangles, including the Cartier bangles if you're interested! Quite pricy store though.
