Went to the store to replace an Omega strap, after walking me through the options and costs the staff pointed out the long wait to order it, and advised me to go directly to the Omega shop in central LDN, which was, of course, against their own interest. I really appreciated the honest approach, I will surely come back should I need anything else.

A very good selection of watches in this one - mostly the very expensive ones what not all of them have - very friendly - would make a great buying experience however unfortunately my wallet isn't big enough to allow such a purchase but hey - maybe in a few years with any luck ill be able to get one!

Had a very pleasant experience in this shop. I had bought a watch for my wife from Amazon and we needed to get the strap adjusted, couple links to be removed. We checked several places in Canary Wharf but they either refused to help us or even worse - James Shoe Care - the man looked at the watch like he doesn't know what he's doing, told us it will be 10 pounds and is going to take at least 30 minutes. We ended up in Goldsmiths where a nice gentleman did it for free in couple minutes and very professionally! Very happy :)

Great service from this place. I bought a watch a while back, then asked them to do an upgrade to the clasp from another model by the same brand so it became micro-adjustable, which they did, having watched a full YouTube video I sent them on it. And they are always happy to help. Excellent place.

I had couple of experiences with this place: - One was absolutely awful. It was with an lady (around 50) who was rude and arrogant, - One with the younger lady (around 30): she was wonderful. I was reading the reviews of this place and if you look carefully 1 out of few reviews is excellent and the others are awful. It could be the same person who is annoying everyone. If you go to this place and you are treated poorly, try to talk to someone else at the same place. That older lady could very well have mental problems or is simply blasé of her job.
