c. n.A really friendly Jewellery shop. They always have a great selection of preowned Swiss mechanicals and prices are fair. Go here first, before you head to the Burlington arcade. I have purchased several watches and always been very impressed by the condition, service and after sales support. I have also had watches serviced, dials swapped and straps adjusted - all of which is done onsite. Keep up the good work please.

r.I've known the staff of H Stain for many years now and they have always been extremely friendly and efficient. Most of my visits were related to adjusting the bracelets of my Seiko Diver's watches but my most recent visit was to get a valuation of my watch which I needed for insurance purposes and Steve, who is a highly experienced valuer did me proud! Highly knowledgeable and experienced in valueing, he gave me quality time with a clear and professionally produced valuation portfolio to take away. So it's hats off to Steve, Michael, Suzanne and Simon for providing such a friendly and efficient service so for anything from a watch adjustment to buying precious gems you must pay them a visit as you will not be disappointed! I was looking to get my watch repaired and had a quote from the manufacturer of the watch, I called H Stain up and spoke to Simon who asked a few questions... and then told me that my quote was reasonable and he'd recommend I go with the manufacturer. When you are looking for somewhere to repair or service expensive family heirlooms, trust is key and based on my experience with this store I'd have no hesitation using them.
I've walked passed this store many times on the way to work and never thought to go in, but with this level of amazing service I know that if anyone asks for a good jeweler near Victoria I will be recommending this one.

e. s.I have been using H Stain Jewellers since 1973. Located just a few minutes from Victoria Station. I always have been given a superb 5 Star professional service. I visited the Jewellers today to have put a large Silver Lobster Clasp on a Bracelet. This was done right away and only took 5 minutes and costed me as little as £13.50 including 2 loop silver rings.
WELL DONE GENTLEMEN KEEP UP THE GOOD SERVICE YOU PROVIDE.
