X.Took my Prada bag here to get restored - I had had it for 6 years so it was quite soft and discoloured by this point. Paid ~£250 for a full restoration so they straightened the bag (by sewing card into the sides) and restored the colour. Looks (almost) like new! There is some sight bumpiness on the handles (see photo). Nevertheless I am really please because my Prada was almost a lost cause otherwise. Before and after photos attached.
I dropped it off in April and picked it up in July. I see other reviews saying they can be slow but I wasn’t in a rush to get my bag back. Also, I didn’t need them to source any new parts (if you do need new parts, contact the manufacturer/brand themselves - Prada has previously replaced my bag handles and the leather keychain bit for free).

I had quite a few items to sell and was obviously extremely nervous about sending high value bags by courier to a company I did not know. From the start they guided, reassured and arranged everything from valuations to collection of my bags. They were photographed and presented on the website quickly. Both the sales and accounts teams were quick to notify me of the sale of my bags. If I decide to sell more of my bags this is where I will go without hesitation.

R. 2.Posted off a pair of my partners Christian Louboutin heels to have the soles refurbished. Paid £49.99 for the red sole refurbishment overall a very good repair. However we paid another £25 for a clean, they don’t look like they’ve been cleaned in my opinion. Was given a 5 week repair time on the invoice and they came back one day short of 8 weeks so longer than expected.
