My wife and I were looking for wedding rings with a tight deadline. We weren't sure of exactly what to look for, but Emily was fantastic from the get go. She measured us up and took into account our ideas when she made the initial designs. Any queries we had along the way were always promptly responded to, which was key with so much in the run up to the wedding. She told us she never misses a wedding and she certainly delivered on this front. The rings looked gorgeous and we were very happy with the look, feel and quality! From the moment we first walked into Harriet Kelsall, the staff were lovely and professional. Massive thank you to Emily and the team for taking a last min worry off our shoulders and for providing beautiful rings that will last a lifetime.

I was searching for a long time for a jewellers who would be able to re-model a diamond ring I inherited from my late father. I found Harriet Kelsall Bespoke Jewellery after a long search and had a video consultation with Victoria, who immediately was reassuring about what I wanted, in particular because the piece was so sentimental, she gave me a lot of trust. After developing a few designs, I settled on a design that was similar to the original ring, but more feminine. The quoting process was simple and throughout the redesign, Victoria kept me fully informed. Due to covid, I wasn't able to pick up my ring in person, instead it was shipped securely to me. I couldn't have been more happy the remodelled ring and I couldn't recommend the jewellers, in particular Victoria, highly enough! Thank you so much for bringing new life to a very special ring.

Would highly recommend! Victoria was amazing throughout the whole design process - designing an engagement ring from scratch is a fairly nerve-racking process (to say the least) and I was made to feel completely at ease whenever I went in (probably 5-10 times over a 6-month period, including a national lockdown, which made things a bit tricky for a while). I was delighted with the beautiful end product and so was my now fiancé and really felt that Victoria was genuinely excited for us too, which made the whole process more enjoyable. Victoria designed an absolutely wonderful engagement ring which my partner adored - cannot recommend her (and the company as a whole) highly enough! Not only was the ring itself perfect, but the design process was excellent. First we had a Skype call where we discussed what I had in mind, and all the specifications. Over the next few weeks Victoria shared sketches and options with me, explaining everything really clearly (I wasn't previously familiar with things like band profiles and different types of diamond). The collection process was fantastic and Victoria was even able to use Fairtrade gold in the ring which meant a lot to my partner. She's an extremely talented designer.

A lovely buying experience from beginning to end. Once I'd created my own gallery of ideas Hannah helped me distill them into a final outcome. I never realised there would be so many choices to make but Hannah helped by quickly answering all my questions and guiding me to achieve a beautiful result. Since the ring was to be a surprise I was nervous at designing something for my partner rather than for me. However I needn't of worried as she loved the ring. All this was conducted during Covid while we were both working at home and to maintain the surprise Hannah and I only had one video call, one phone call but many emails. Hannah was very attentive and responsive throughout . The ring arrived discreetly packaged and in a lovely bamboo ring box. All this made for a wonderful proposal experience for my partner (now my fiancée !) and I. We'll be back to Hannah and Harriet Kelsall next year for our wedding rings !

I visited the Harriet Kelsall studio in London to design an engagement ring. I chose them because they only do bespoke jewellery and they ethically source their precious metals and stones. I met Tom who helped me with my design to create my ideas by showing me examples of rings/stones in the studio and sketching a variety of options based on his experience. He was very patient and guided me through the whole process and helped me achieve the design I desired. He was able to source the stones I wanted based on my requirements and provide a few colour/cut options so I could pick the right one. Throughout the whole process from the design, stone sourcing, ring creation and delivery, Tom provided updates and was always in communication if I needed. The whole experience was superb and I was thrilled with the final result and I will be using them for wedding bands and future jewellery items when I need them custom made from ethical sources.

I recently commissioned a gold ring set with a pearl for a friend in Los Angeles which was designed and made by Harriet Kelsall Bespoke Jewellery to the exact wishes of my friend. The final result was a beautiful and unique ring. Delevery was arranged by the jeweller and arrived in Los Angeles 2 days later!

They made an absolutely gorgeous engagement ring for my girlfriend. Both of us are really happy with the quality and the execution of the design that I asked them to do.

A few years ago on a professional visit to a conference, I purchased a heart shaped, strong blue emerald at Gloria Bindes shop in Rio. I loved Brasil and hugely enjoyed the Copacabana and the great food. It had sat in a drawer and this year during a clear out I decided it was time to have it set as a Christmas present for my wife. I took it to Harriet Kelsall's shop in Regents Park Rd just 7 minutes walk from my front door. and discussed how it should be set with Emily.Gilham. She was a font of several ideas but suggested the simplest gold clasp and necklass chain was the best as the stone need to talk for itself. Just a week before Christmas Emily sent me an email to say it was ready for collection. When she opened the little box infront of me I just gasped at how beautiful it was. Emily agreed she had the same surprise when she first saw it. When my wife opened the box at Christmas, although she had seen it before it was set, she too gasped, It had come in a small round wooden box and sat on a velvet cushion. I too when I saw it again was stunned. The workmanship was flawless. Needless to say it was promptly worn and gave such pleasure every time we looked at it all Christmas day. I had a bespoke pendant and earring set made for my wife’s birthday. The consultation for the piece was during lockdown, so had to be done via a zoom call. Victoria, who was our point of contact, was excellent and the fact we couldn’t talk in person wasn’t a difficultly at all. Because my wife had seen a similar piece on the website quite late in the day to her Birthday, I was aware that we were going to be tight for time to get the piece done. However this didn’t prove a problem at all, and the jewellery arrived the day before her Birthday, and was everything she hoped it would be. The craftsmanship is extremely fine, and the design process productive and relaxed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a special piece of jewellery for a special occasion.

From start to finish the whole experience of having a ring designed at Harriet Kelsall, Primrose Hill was great. Our designer, Hannah, put us at ease, was very interested in our ideas and came up with a lovely design. The wait for the ring to be completed was anxious but we needed not have worried as we were so happy with the finished result and the care that had been taken to get the right stones.
