Working with Vincent on a bespoke engagement ring and wedding bands has been nothing short of a dream. Vincent is very knowledgable, patient and attentive - guiding me through every part of the process and making what seemed like a daunting process really enjoyable. Every small tweak I wanted to make to the ring was taken on board and the final ring was absolutely incredible. True craftsmen and women and a team of professionals through and through. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! I work in the industry so did a lot of research to find (what I hoped to be) the right jeweller. Vincent was very accommodating to my requests and revisions my the design. He sent through CAD's before it was cast and I went in about 3 or 4 times throughout the process. I'm sure I was not the easiest of customers but I could not be happier with the result. The nicest thing about HGJ is that it is the actual workshop - rather than going through an agent (who also adds a commission). Revisions can be made on the spot, which suited me perfectly! Thank you again Vincent!

Vincent and his team made a bespoke engagement ring for my fiancé. My fiancé was quite fussy but Vincent reassured us he could create exactly what he she wanted and filled us with confidence. We told him our preferences and unlike some other jewellers he listened with no agenda. He showed us a great selection of diamonds and was very communicative during the design stage. Once we got the ring we were not disappointed, the craftsmanship was excellent and we knew we made a great choice. Can’t speak highly enough of them.

I bought my now wife’s engagement ring here and felt that the service and quality I got was so good that I didn’t hesitate to go back to get our wedding bands too. They even cleaned the engagement ring for free so that it was sparkling ready for our wedding day. (As you can see my wife is a lot more tanned than I am!)

I contacted over 50 jewellery stores to have the diamond I purchased from the USA set on particular model I wanted replicated in an 18k gold engagement ring and he was the only one who was honest and gave me a fair price. I found Vincent from an internet search for jewellers in Hatton Garden. I was a little bit apprehensive but as he had so many excellent reviews I went to see him to discuss some diamond earrings for my girlfriend. Vincent was so knowledgeable and relaxed, he made the whole process of choosing the diamonds incredibly easy. The earrings were fantastic, beautiful sparkly diamonds and elegantly set. When it came to picking an engagement ring, it was an obvious choice to go back to Vincent. I showed him some designs and he walked me through several options for my budget. At no point did I feel pressured into spending more - in fact, Vincent was prepared to say when he sometimes thought the cheaper diamond was the better stone. When I went to Hatton garden looking for an engagement ring for my partner, nearly every shop I entered I felt like I was being pushed and pressurised into buying, but it didn't seem/feel right. Then I found Vince on trip adviser, called him and arranged an appointment. From five minutes with Vince I knew I wanted him to make this special engagement ring for me. He arranged diamonds for me to look at, explained about the four Cs in depth, Vince advised me on everything. I would like everyone to know that this man is a true gent, the quality of his work is a true reflection of his mannerism and professionalism. From start to finish every thing was perfect. Even when I had the ring valued, the valuer said its one of the best pieces he's seen for a while and asked me for Vince's details. I've learned a lot from this experience which has been very pleasant and has all been down to Vince. My fiance absolutely loves her ring. You only propose once - that's the idea anyway - so with no past experience there's a risk in choosing someone to trust with making your ring. I took a few strolls around the famous Hatton Garden comparing quality and prices but the place I chose to take care of business was not somewhere I chanced across - in fact it doesn't even have a shop window. I was brought here by the overwhelmingly positive reviews on Google Maps and gave them a call to arrange an appointment. Vince saw me himself and was great to deal with. We went over the various standards of quality together, looked for something within my budget and picked out a stone. I gave him some rough designs for the shape and a couple of weeks later my ring was ready, surpassing all my expectations - it's absolutely stunning. It's obvious how much Vince cares about his work and the whole experience, which I expect a lot of places could make quite stressful, was in fact easy and enjoyable. The focus on service makes all the difference and the price and quality can't be beaten. My girlfriend loves the ring but it was a little big - I went back and they resized it for free. Bad news - it was still a little big so we went back together to make sure we got the right size - and they did it for free again! I was expecting a charge for the second time at least but what can I say - they're committed to great service. All in all I've had the perfect experience with these guys. You're handing over a lot of money for so you don't want to get ripped off - there was never any pressure to spend more and the price I paid was more than fair for the service they provided. I can't recommend them highly enough - thanks again guys!

I am absolutely thrilled with my engagement ring. I already had a ring but it was broken and i was after a new design that would be less vulnerable for my centre stone. Vincent was brilliant with his help on the phone and by email and pricing, and after calling many other jewellers in hatton garden and reading the reviews for vincent and his skilled team i decided to go with him. Vincent and his team at Hatton Garden Jeweller could not have provided a better product or a better service! My fiancée is absolutely delighted with her custom made engagement ring. Vincent was extremely accommodating with my ideas and gave completely impartial advice. We managed to incorporate the stone from my fiancée's mum's engagement ring adding further diamonds and sapphires to make it extra special and totally unique. The end product was so much more than what we could have hoped for, and the comments from friends and family about the quality of the ring have been amazing and a testament to Vincent's work. The aftercare was unparalleled as well, with sizing and a minor alteration to the design complete within two days and at no extra cost. My fiancée could not wait to get the ring back on her finger. I decided to try Hatton Garden Jewellers based on the reviews on Tripadvisor and Google reviews. One is always rather cautious when making such an important purchase. I am glad to say that the reviews were very accurate. I placed my order for a platinum roma design engagement ring for my fiancee a few days before Christmas. Vincent was very friendly and put me at ease. He had a wide variety of diamonds, all GIA certified which was very important to me. He established my budget at the start and only showed me the diamonds that were within my price range. There was absolutely no pressure to be at the higher end of my price bracket. I had a fairly clear idea what I was looking for in terms of the 4 'c' prior to seeing him and so the process was very quick. The order was made and Vince and his team were able to have the ring ready on time. My fiancee absolutely loves the ring! Since then we have purchased our wedding rings from Hatton Garden Jewellers. We did have a look at the high street jewellers but we were not able to find what we wanted. I made an appointment with Vince, he was able to suggest and make a diamond wedding ring that complemented the Roma engagement ring perfectly. Hatton Garden Jewellers is hidden away from the rest of the jewellery stores in Hatton Garden but it certainly is a great find. I would wholeheartedly recommend Vince and his team to you.

I can’t thank Gemma and her dad enough for the repair on my ring. It is outstanding work so pleased. I was worried about sending it through the post as it is of great sentiment to me. I sent it special delivery on Wednesday Gemma messaged me Thursday to say they received it and then messaged tracking details Friday and my ring was delivered back to me Saturday.
