After contacting the team at Hatton Jewellers we had it re-sized with such a quick turn around I had it back in time for the weekend, love the purchase it's perfect! This is a review for the 9k Hollow Rope Chain 3mm 24inc. I have been looking for a Hollow rope chain for my medical I.D pendent because if anything happens the medical team brake the chain so they can look at the pendant. Due to this reason i did not want to spend to much on a chain thats why i went for the hollow one. I have been shopping around for about 6 months now and all the other retailers change in Excess of £900+ wicth lets be honest is just a massive mark up and not worth it with what I'm after. Thats when i come across hatton jewellers and they was selling it for £380 not £900+ like ever one else was. Not going to lie i thought it would be a scam but i went ahead anyway and ordered it. It has come today and let me say it is perfect fully stamped with British hallmarks and it looks amazing and full certificate with the Appraisal price on there wicth means i can now get insurance on it. I just wish i went for the 26inc and not the 24inc but the 3mm thickness is perfect for the pendant and its not in your face if you know what i mean. They have now got a life time customer and will definitely recommend to anyone and will definitely shop with again. 10/10

Having been on my honeymoon last week and having my birthday I thought I might treat myself to a new bit of jewelry, having seen a few items on the hatton website I decided to email them, I quickly received a response from Rob, he was extremely helpful, he took pictures of the items i liked being worn so I could judge size, advised on other options I hadn't seen that may suit (cheaper too), clearly making sure I got what I really wanted and not what would profit them the most, nothing was too much trouble. Did a deal on a great chain/cross combo on the Tuesday, when I flew back the Thursday it was sat waiting for me. Great quality, well presented with insurance certificate and valuation. So glad I found this Jewellers! Not only do they have some stunning items, and really very reasonable prices, but the staff there are incredibly helpful and courteous. I purchased a ring from them and needed to have it resized, there was a problem with one of the stones whilst this was done, and Emily went out of her way to do everything possible to make sure I was informed and kept up to date with the situation. I couldn't have asked for better service, and if ever I need any jewellery, this will be the first pace I will go to.

Very happy with my chain overall - good quality and very fast delivery - but I didn’t receive the free valuation that was mentioned in the advert. This was one of the reasons I chose to purchase from Hatton Jewellers, so I was a little disappointed to find it wasn’t included.
