The jeweler is located within a complex called The Wonder Gallery in Hatton Garden. It is the first shop on the left, from the left side entrance. We were attended by Salji, he was very helpful. Guided us throughout the process. Even when I had my doubts after the order was made, he patiently helped me through that. The final product was great, we were very very happy with the purchase. This jeweler also gives great value for money. Would highly recommend!!!

I proposed to my partner during lock down with an interim ring and once the restrictions were eased we set about finding the perfect diamond ring. Initailly we went to Browns and a few others jewelers on the high street but we weren't really happy with the quality - none really reflected the given prices. So, we explored Hatton Garden and purchased the engagement ring from Heart of Diamond. Here is a list of pros and cons of our experience with this shop, in particular Salji who helped us throughout the entire process (I would recommend you ask for him if you visit). Pros - Clear communication - Salji explained the whole process from start to finish and kept us informed of progress whilst the ring was being made. - Quick responses - all our questions were answered in a timely manner (communication was mainly through whatsapp though my fiance did go into the store on several occasions to discuss the progress and check the diamonds before placing them in the setting). - Listening to my finances’ wishes - for example, she wanted tiger claws instead of the normal rounded claws that held the diamond and this was perfectly delivered. - Ability to amend the design with no issues - at one stage we changed the design of the setting, Salji was extremely accommodating and still made the ring by the agreed date. - Very friendly - Salji always came across as a genuine person and we didn’t feel any type of pressure to buy. - Very fair price! - high quality diamonds for good value for money. Cons - None! To be honest, we were a bit apprehensive about purchasing from Hatton Garden but I'm so glad we found Heart of Diamond. The quality of the ring is exceptional and the service was fantastic. In addition to this, we purchased our wedding bands from here as well. If compare all the shops we visited with Heart of Diamond, then the latter offers by far the best customer service, and the most competitive prices without compromising on the quality!

Extremely happy with Heart of Diamond and the service we received. After searching Hatton garden for days, we stumbled on their shop, where they showed us the perfect GIA diamond that we had been looking for our trilogy engagement ring. Rimaz keenly attended to all the customisation we added and the ring came out exactly how we wanted. We ended up ordering two more rings from them. So that says everything. If you are in Hatton Garden do check them out. They may not offer chandelier and fancy couches like some shops but they make up with their competetive prices, customer service and keenness.

I stumbled across Heart of Diamond whilst looking for an engagement ring for my fiancé. Having been in the majority of the shops in Hatton Garden I had an idea of what I wanted and the price I was prepared to pay. When I found Heart of Diamond I was greeted with big smiles and excellent customer service and unlike some of the other shops on the street, I never once felt pressured to make a purchase and was invited to sit down by Shiyam and have a look at what he had. Not only did he have a great selection of bands, he also had some fantastic diamonds! His knowledge and expertise made me feel very comfortable. Given this was the most expensive item I’ve ever purchased, I was understandably a little hesitant to buy the ring at first - as I wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal. However when Shiyam told me the price and explained I could return the ring for another if my fiancé did not like it, I went ahead with the purchase. I can honestly say, my fiancé (now wife) loves the ring. Even now I catch her looking at it and smiling! The ring is beautiful and the service I received was amazing! He also had it ready within a few weeks! Given the great service, we went back for our wedding rings and again got a great price and received the same great service. We visited this shop on Saturday afternoon to pick a new wedding ring and we ended up buying a tennis bracelet as well! they had the ring I wanted but the size was wrong so they promised to hand deliver it to our home on Monday. As promised they bought he ring, the bracelet and also made three sets of diamond stud from the diamonds that were left over from the bracelet oh and they cleaned my old ring too! Diamond Hearts in Hatton Garden is the place to go for top quality and great rates for an engagement ring and potentially wedding bands. I dealt with Jaleel who is a very professional seller and was able to guide myself to choose the best engagement ring for my now Fiance. The service and communication throughout the process from deciding which diamond, finding the right band, starting the 3D CAD design, waxing, casting and then assembling for the final result is just fantastic. The box of the ring also has a light inside when you open it to magnify the shininess of the ring when you pop the question. The whole process took only 4 weeks. Jaleel kept me in the loop by sending me pictures of every single stage throughout the process via Whatsapp. I bought my Fiance a 1.01 carat, Oval Cut with a double halo Platinum ring at a very good cost compared to other jewellers quotes in Hatton Garden and my Fiance absolutely loves it - all thanks to Diamond Hearts. Jaleel was absolutely fantastic for us on a very long journey of customer service for us for our engagement and wedding rings! From the very first time we met him & had my engagement ring designed, he was always contactable and willing to update us on the progress. We returned to Jaleel for our wedding bands also. Unfortunately we were burgled just days before our wedding & our wedding bands were stolen. Jaleel was brilliant at providing all the documents we needed for insurance purposes & also making new rings for us to replace our stolen ones. I can not recommend Jaleel and Diamond Hearts enough!
