E. R.The staff were very friendly and helpful when selecting a ring for my fiancée, but the workmanship is shoddy. The diamond fell out of the ring after less than 18 months of wearing, never to be found again. My wife was careful with the ring and didn't do any manual work whilst wearing it.

He even managed to guess her ring size off a very vague description. We will certainly be returning for our wedding rings. Z. T.I went here with my partner to choose an engagement ring and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. We went to a few Hatton Garden jewellers but Holts Gems stood out - the staff were hugely knowledgeable and friendly and they were happy to work within our budget. They provided a number of sapphires for me to choose from in the rather specific “teal blue” colour I had my heart set on and I was able to try on a range of different designs. In the end we went for something bespoke and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thank you Brett and the team for all your help!
T. Y.My partner and I had a fantastic experience with Holt Gems! It is the best looking store in Hatton Garden and all the sales staff were wonderful. Kind of reminds me of an Apple store...simple and sleek layout with casually dressed staff. It had a fresh feel much different than the stuffy feel other shops on the street. When we first showed up we did not have a reservation but the sales agent let us in and kept the store open late just for us. The ring we ended up getting was gorgeous and my partner loved it! In each of the consultations we had we were never rushed and the sales agent was super knowledgable! Pricing was reasonable too. Great experience and would be happy to recommend. Big shout out to Camilo who we dealt with most closely.
