R.Absolutely beautiful piece of jewellery, I am so chuffed with my necklace. It was a real pleasure to deal with Liz, who was so helpful when instead of an initial engraving, I wanted the medical alert symbol. It is so difficult to find stylish medical alert jewellery and now I have beautiful necklace that could also save my life. Over the moon and definitely wont be my last purchase - thank you
L. W.Firstly, I have had so many gorgeous things from Hurley Burley over the last few years. Really lovely quality and I love the personalisation. Everything is always packaged and wrapped nicely too.
Secondly (and this is important), the customer service is second to none). This week, a personalised bracelet didn't arrive. It was dispatched using 1st class royal mail, so not the fault of Hurley Burley at all, but still they are sending me a replacement. They replied to me immediately (thanks Liz) and dealt with the issue straightaway - and it wasn't even their issue!
I think when you find lovely quality gift items, excellent value, great customer service AND an independent, then you're going to be a repeat customer forever. Hurley Burley ticks all these boxes!
T. B.When my order came I received a wrong item and all three items that I had engraved were either off centre or poor quality. I contacted the company who initially told me I did received the correct items. When I sent photos they admitted the engraving was not up to their standards and the item was incorrect. They refused to fix one engraving saying they had never had complaints before, they replaced a ring which was off centre (I disputed that the sizes are not as advertised but they are adamant they are correct). They re sent me the incorrect item only to receive the incorrect item again. I finally after 3 tries have received the bangle I ordered. Cute items gets 1 star, 1 star for fast delivery, 1 star for correcting their mistake. I can’t give them 5 stars because the quality is poor, the engraving is also poor quality, the items are not as pictured on the website. I would consider ordering their items again but I wouldn’t get anything that’s engraved
J. L.I can thoroughly recommend this company great service all round. I ordered a bracelet for my sons birthday without being able to measure for size but it was tiny and wouldn’t have fitted. I emailed my disappointment not with the company but my mistake and they let me order another for just £10 instead of the £24.99 it arrived today and is perfect. Thanks again for great service 👍

They suggested that the engraving could be done on both sides which I was delighted with and the finished product is absolutely beautiful. I placed my order with my request for engraving in the morning and received the bracelet the following morning. My sister is so impressed, she is also ordering a keep sake of her own!
