I’ve been supporting IceJewlz for many years at this point and I’ve always been blown away with the craftsmanship and design work.. I recently bought a new chain from the team as a birthday gift to myself and Tink made it an amazing experience and included a hand written letter! I love seeing the team expand and grow and I can’t wait to see what’s on the horizon!

Initially I ordered a gold and diamond pendant that after a few days some diamonds had fell out, which I was disappointed with. However the customer service team worked well with me and sent me an item to replace this which was a higher value and much better quality item. Much thanks to Yasmin on the customer service team, she was a lot of help!

recently received the four towers 2 ring. ordered by a friend in America. i had doubts about this company for some time, due to reviews, comments on youtube, and a lack of communication any time i've tried to contact them. however the ring is of good quality, very nice size for the weight. the stones are very shiny and very clean with no noticeable imperfections, i've already had quite a few comments from people thinking they're real diamonds.. literally the only reason i didn't give 5 stars is the communication issue. and before anything is said about ''i haven't tried to make contact''. it wasn't through this account.. overall though i am very happy with my new blingy ring :), and so long as i have no problems like others have, then i will purchase more from Ice Jewlz in the near future. (side note though. size N/O or 7 was ordered. and more of a P/Q or 8 was delivered)
