The guys at Imperial Time really went above and beyond with all aspects of their service here. Came in for a simple valuation request at the recommendation of one my friends. Ended up leaving with two new watches! A conversation about our respective business, then switched to future plans with watch investments and how the market has completely changed. No salesly tactics, just honest advice and opinions. Really made to feel comfortable and I would definitely recommend paying these guys a visit. I'm sure I'll be seeing you all again soon

I work in Dubai but I live in London, I really wanted my patek phillippe nautilus as soon as possible, so I called them and spoke to sarif who was extremely helpful and offered to ship my watch to Dubai free of charge which was a very nice gesture. After being told from one of my colleagues that they were very highly respected company, I went ahead and bank transfer them the funds, and after three days my watch arrived in perfect condition as new, just like described. This customer service was very impressive, and I thoroughly recommend imperial time.
