The guys at Imperial Time really went above and beyond with all aspects of their service here. Came in for a simple valuation request at the recommendation of one my friends. Ended up leaving with two new watches! A conversation about our respective business, then switched to future plans with watch investments and how the market has completely changed. I work in Dubai but I live in London, I really wanted my patek phillippe nautilus as soon as possible, so I called them and spoke to sarif who was extremely helpful and offered to ship my watch to Dubai free of charge which was a very nice gesture. After being told from one of my colleagues that they were very highly respected company, I went ahead and bank transfer them the funds, and after three days my watch arrived in perfect condition as new, just like described. This customer service was very impressive, and I thoroughly recommend imperial time.
