I ordered three items from Ruth at Iris Jewellery, they arrived promptly, in lovely packaging. Ruth was very helpful when I emailed with a few questions and ordered one item specially in a gold colour which she doesn't usually stock. Very happy with my purchases and will happily be a repeat customer.

I bought some beautiful earrings from this shop. Ruth was extremely helpful and responsive by email - I wanted a different size labret post than they come with by standard, and I wanted to order two when only one was available online. She exchanged emails with me very quickly (straight back and forth) even though it was a weekend and helped to get my order sorted with the modifications. The earrings arrived a couple of days later and I'm very happy with them!
