Had the luxury of purchasing a number of watches from this boutique now and the experience has converted me to IWC as a brand. The member of staff that was looking after me for a service (Aymen) was professional and a pleasure to deal with, we talked watches and I ended up making an unplanned purchase. Since then have been back for more and will continue to do so. The premises are very well maintained, staff are all friendly there, have had a few interactions with the boutique director there who, again, shares the same passion for all watches. A nice little place to escape the busy streets outside.

Top notch service from a brilliant brand. Staff are always very welcoming, informative and professional. Needed a strap changing and was taken through a range of options before my watch was cleaned and the new strap fitted.

100% Customer service.. Aymen and Ewelina were perfect. I sent my watch for a service and other things.. I was told it would be 5 weeks.. And to the day it was ready and returned.. My timepiece now performs as the manufacturer intended.. Thank you.. There were additional service's offered eg polishing.. that were carried out free of charge. You can't get better than that.. 💥

Have been meaning to write this for a while now. I have been the client of IWC's Bond St. boutique for many years now, starting back in 2015 with Joey S. and then Valeria and Guillaume. The sales team is truly focused on understanding and responding to my true interests in watchmaking, which is quite rare. Valeria, my relationship manager, is awesome. Highly recommended, in case anyone needs advice on IWC's latest and greatest! Professional and always positive. I would also like to mention another great guy in the boutique, Guillaume for his energy and can-do attitude! Really great team and personalised service.

You first come for the watches and then you return for the watches of course but the boutique team too. Not only I like the brand but I have discovered the IWC family. Went in here for my first high end watch purchase and I really was not disappointed! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I really felt like they valued me as a customer. Whilst I was in the shop there was a very difficult customer and the staff just kept apologising to me because of them even though I have worked in high end retail before I kept telling them that I do not have any issue with the staff dealing with them over me, and because of this I was offered a complimentary gift as a ‘sorry’ and I personally thought this was a great gesture of good will. Whilst I was deciding between watches they kept mentioning ‘the start of my collection’ and I really didn’t understand what they meant by this untill I purchased a watch. After owning one, I can 100% guarantee I will be going back for another in a couple of years and I already can not wait! Thank you for the great experience.

Lovely little flagship boutique and amazing location. Beautifully designed and merchandised . Popped in to get new watch strap for my IWC big pilot and after walking in I felt there was no atmosphere or customer one to one. No one approached me to say hi and I was left alone wandering around lost. Shame as this is IWC 😔

Helpful staff... but the process for servicing watches is a bit slow and inconsistent. I was advised that the only replacement strap for my watch was in black only... but on approaching another IWC agent I was told that brown was also an option...which was my preferred choice...

In a world where customer service has been eschewed in favour of companies creating cost efficiencies (which do, or don't find there way to the client), these guys are breaking the mould. With such a strong brand identity they deliver excellent knowledge of the product, in a comfortable environment, but also really challenge you as a person to learn more about the brand and its history so they can help you to make choices that will compliment your existing collection and keep the fire and passion for learning more alive. They talk a lot about the IWC 'family', which I will be the first to admit I was sceptical of, but its true and it works, I have made more friends this year through the boutique then I ever thought I would be accruing at my age. IWC should be proud of everyone of their team in London who in my experience treat everyone with the utmost respect, professionalism and courtesy, whilst also being engaging and fun at the same time, other brands that produce retail robots should come and take a leaf out of the boutiques book, I think it would pay them dividends. félicitations team!!! Sent the watch for service and replace parts with est time of 7-8 weeks, in the end total waiting time is 17 weeks. However IWC offered discounted on pricing for service so not bad at all.
