I across JCO by accident whilst looking for an engagement ring whilst being overwhelmed by the many shops in the area. Jay spent the time to understand my needs and budget then presented a variety of diamonds explaining the differences between them. Then going through some ring styles. After pricing options there was no pressure to buy and I was told that I should shop around and let them know if there's other styles I would prefer or better prices. After some other visits I can't back and Jay was able to help ensure I was able to get my ring in time for a holiday. Would you believe it took nearly a year to find my dream ring?! After viewing rings from Earnest Jones, Hsamuel etc, which are top high street jewellers so naturally I was skeptical of JCO (even though my friend got her stunning ring from JCO), however I am glad I trusted JCO with my bespoke ring. They were efficient in delivering results from CAD design to any changes throughout, and the entire process went smooth. I get many compliments of my diamond ring and honestly it sparkles like a kilowatt (according to my sister in-law and others). Would definitely recommend JCO to those who are OCD like myself, very fussy (and somewhat confused too with all the research on different designs) and just want that unique engagement ring!

If you are looking for a wedding ring, then look no further. With a limit time and specific ring design, we went to see Jahangir. With our limited knowledge and understanding of diamonds. Jahangir took his time made us understand the difference between the colour, clarity and cut (I'm now a pro thanks Jahangir lol). He also ensured we got the best for our budget. He made the process easy and hassle-free it took all the stress away. Stunning Diamonds. Amazing Prices. Brilliant Service. JCO was recommended to both me and my partner. My partner wanted a yellow diamond, which is not only rare, but also very expensive. We met Jay and Anah who were both absolutely brilliant. Anah spent a LOT of time with my partner going through the different bands and styles, whilst Jay explained the different types of available diamonds to me. We were not rushed and they did everything they could to find us the perfect ring for our budget. This was definitely the best service we received (and we visited many jewellers (including High Street Jewellers) before reaching JCO). They even allowed us to stay behind although it was closing time. On our second visit (appointment booked), JCO had a variety of yellow diamonds in various intensities, sizes and clarities for us to choose from. We were amazed and were able to choose the exact diamond we wanted. We had the diamond we wanted, in the size we desired, made in the band we loved and the end product was breathtaking. A bespoke, beautiful, sparkling and unique ring! The ring was ready to collect in a matter of days which was very impressive, and the price was better than prices we got from other jewellers for a smaller diamond. Anyone looking for jewellery must visit JCO and speak to Jay or Anah! You will not be disappointed! They have everything from normal diamonds to coloured diamonds! JCO made us feel like more than just customers. It's like buying a product from a friend. They are very trustworthy. The ring came with official diamond certification and a beautiful ring box! We were shopping for wedding rings in Hatton Gardens, having visited the area and at least four or five places before. We'd already received quotes for rings we wanted from two shops, but having returned a third time, we decided to keep shopping around. We were invited in to JCO by a young woman at the door who buzzed us inside. There are two sets of electronically locked doors before the lift that took us to the fourth floor and into the clean and intimate offices. It took only a minute or two before Anuh was sitting with us discussing our options. She was happy to give guidance, showing us a range of settings and widths, and once we had settled on rings and she had answered some questions, she quoted us within the budget we gave, and still less than we'd been quoted anywhere else. The process itself was painless. 50% deposit, free engraving if we wanted (we decided not to), and it took only three weeks to have the rings made and that was only because we hadn't decided about engraving until later and had plenty of time before the big day. When it came to picking them up, we were able to get them on a convenient time slot on a Sunday. Though Anuh sent her apologies, Jay was as pleasant as she had been. He even offered to clean and polish my fiancée's engagement ring ahead of the wedding as a courtesy. Super. It is not a shop with windows on the road, it is on the 4th floor of a building on Hatton Gardens, the road of gems sellers in London. Just go to the door a lady lets you enter and drives you through the security doors, inside is more like a small office, nothing shining but very professional. My advice is to know what you want and have a budget in mind, the personnel clearly know their trade and can offer the best or at least better options than what I could find in the other shops. I was not in a hurry, I used the excuse of a phone call to double check the quotes online. JCO´s were better so I came back and bought. All the gems are certified, I could choose my favorite setting, the delivery time is reasonable and I was offered any method of payment I could like. Strongly advised, I will come back again.

Truly amazing experience. My good friend recommended me to this jeweller based on his experience which fulfilled his dream of giving his wife-to-be a custom designed ring. I also experienced this and truly put them to the test, giving them a picture that was special to me and my partner and based on this, they designed and delivered exactly what I wanted. It's indescribable the feeling when you go to collect what you've been cooking in your head and start to anticipate what her reaction will be. And because it's a one off, no one else in the world has/will have it, can't explain the feeling. I was offered unlimited revisions, so was encouraged to be picky and I was picky and specified the changes I wanted from the draft designs and got exactly what I wanted, and happily paid for it (not cheap but you're buying service and assurance as well).
