A family member recommended me Jessica May Jewels, and she certainly didn't disappoint. I had previously had a bespoke engagement ring made, and when we got married, we ensured the wedding ring fitted snugly to the engagement ring. After our first child, we wanted to celebrate with an eternity ring. However, the problem was that the other two rings were already made to fit. Jessica worked tirelessly to ensure that we had the appropriate ring, matching the other two styles and fitting in with my wife's brief. We now have a gorgeous set of three, which looks fantastic together, but equally, the eternity one can also be an individual ring worn on its own. We are beyond happy with the outcome and cannot thank Jessica enough for her advice and help. A true professional. Thank you,

Jessica organised the mending of a sentimental ring and did an absolutely amazing job! She replaced one of the stones that had dropped out but also took the time to clean and fix up the gold band itself. It looked like a brand new ring when I got it back! Absolutely fantastic!

I chose VIP Jewel Vault to design an engagement ring. The whole service from start to finish was incredible. Jessica came to my house and we discussed the design of the ring. She took my budget into account and managed to find a pair of sapphires that match and look spectacular. I had a specific date in mind to pop the question. Jessica made sure that the ring was made within two weeks of our initial meeting and it looked absolutely incredible. The ring was a little small for my fiancée’s finger (my fault) and had to be resized. Jessica picked up the ring, had it resized and delivered to her at work all within 24 hours. Jessica was in regular communication giving me updates and a video of the stones and ring. The service was absolutely brilliant and I will tell everyone I know who wishes to have jewellery made to go through VIP Jewel Vault. Jessica was a delight to work with in having a bespoke engagement ring designed and made. She was extremely helpful and kept us updated throughout the process, first with design, and then helping us to select the Sapphire and diamonds for the ring. Jessica was fantastic at keeping us updated throughout the process and provided us with drawings and 3D images of the ring so we could visualise what the ring would look like. Jessica was absolutely incredible, I have been blessed with my dream ring, it’s stunning and I could not be happier. Totally overwhelmed with it’s beauty! I got to meet Jessica after my fiancé proposed as the ring needed to be resized and she was wonderful, so friendly and helpful. She came to our home to measure my finger on a Wednesday evening, by lunchtime on the Thursday (the next day) she already had the ring resized and it was ready for me.
