Hands down the best service I have ever received! Zach managed to repair my two antique diamond rings for a fraction of the price I would normally paid using someone's else services. I can't describe how happy I am! I don't know how he was able to replace a very old missing diamonds but he did! And done an absolutely great job. It's worth mentioning that I don't live in London. I was risking a lot sending my valuable rings to someone I didn't know and who lives so far away but I'm glad I did! Zach is very honest and super professional person. I will never go anywhere else!

Zach resized, re-engraved and polished my husband’s vintage wedding ring. You can tell he is a true craftsmen and really knows what he is doing. He was very accommodating and creative regarding a slightly unusual situation engraving request we had and the price was more than reasonable. I can't say enough about this business. Had 2 rings altered, returned perfect. Another ring had most of platinum taken out of the shank. Zach is incredible! He managed to repair my grandfather's as a surprise for my dad. I never got to meet my grandfather so getting his watch repaird and working again meant a great deal to my family. The watch was so badly damaged and only had the watch face section/ everything else was damaged. My dad didn't think it could be restored.... but Zach managed to get the watch working, cleaned everything up, fixed the case, cleaned the watch face and added a watch strap. I cannot wait to give this to my dad as a surprise gift for fathers day. Most professional, and friendly service. Would recommend highly to anyone looking to get beloved items repaired.

Jan 2020- Update. I have come back to Jewellery Watch Repairs and Restoration London. As professional as ever, Zak has repaired my ring for me and kept me well updated on the progress of the repair. I love the fact that he puts as much trust in you as you do with him. My ring has been fixed in 24 hours when he promised 2 days and it looks as if I just bought it. Thank you so much once again my dear! Feb 2017- After returning home from Dubai for my surprise engagement, I realised that a diamond had fallen out of my ring. I managed to find this company from a simple Google search. The owner is absolutely outstanding and truly trustworthy. I am always weary about companies I have never heard of however, I have never experienced such a kind hearted but professional person ever! My ring was fixed within 2 days and is great value for money. They are already booked in for another repair to a broken necklace. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I stupidly managed to drop a brand new automatic dive watch and badly scratched the bezel and damaged the movement so it stopped working. I found Zach on google, and gave him a call to find out more about the service. He seemed confident that he could fully restore the watch to mint condition within the week, and true to word, I collected the watch 4 days later and it is working great and looks brand new again. Superb service, nice guy... would recommend 100%!

Zach repaired an engagement ring for me. The issue with the ring was that two of the ‘claws’ that hold the main stone in place had completely broken off and so the stone was out. Zach has done a flawless job of building new claws and resetting the stone. Looks brand new again. Top quality service and workmanship. Highly recommend.

I have been using Jewellery Watch Repairs and Restoration London for a couple of years now. Zach has been restoring my watches and his knowledge and expertise is incredible. I’m based in Switzerland and his turn over rate is incredible. The last jobs that he restored included one Jaegger le Courltre 18k, one Vacheron Constantin 18k and one Omega 18k. The cases were fully restored and the movements were serviced. They are now in mint condition.

Mr and Mrs Zach were so welcoming! The service provided was absolutely amazing!! I have a very special pendant which needed coating. As I was unsure of the metal, Zach very kindly offered to test the metal, got back to me the very next day and the following day the pendant was ready to be collected! He had warned me that he would do his best but the metal might not take the coating however he seemed (and is) very knowledgeable and professional so I was happy to leave the pendant with Zach for plating. Unfortunately, he was correct and the whole pendant did not take the plating completely and so Zach offered to wave the charges (even though he had done his job to Perfection)!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this little but extremely capable business to anyone who ever requires any of the services they provide!! VERY HAPPY AND WILL BE RETURNING IN THE FUTURE! P.S. I travelled from east London for Zachs services as he has excellent reviews and I'm glad that I did because the trip was definitely worth it!

I had two watches restored. One was a vintage that had a corroded case. The manufacturer said they could not repair the case. However, I found this company who were willing to take the watch apart and plate the case in 18kt rose gold. They did an amazing job and I could not be happier. The second job they did was to DLC coat watch I have. The watch is bespoke now and looks simply stunning! I have been wearing it non stop for months and there is not a scratch on it. The coating is hard wearing and the watch still looks new! The service was simple amd first class and they did a great job in both cases. They reassured me and kept me up to date with the progress of the watches and I will use them again in the future!
