I brought my 6 month old baby daughter here yesterday to have her ears pierced and it was a lovely experience from start to finish. As a first time mum I was a little nervous about having her ears done but they talked through the process, and didn’t start until my daughter was calm and comfortable. We also received a lovely certificate and bear which is a lovely touch. I highly recommend and have already recommended them to friends.

We took our four-month old daughter to get her ears pierced and were delighted with the impeccable service that was given to us. They were very thorough with the whole process and gave us the confidence that they knew the what they were doing. Pierced our 6 month old daughters' ears yesterday. Very professional service. Warm & welcoming. Waited for our daughter to calm down before doing the other ear. Also gave good advice. Would recommend them for any parents wishing to get their child's ears pierced (I know its not easy deciding on where to do it)

Had our daughters ears pierced today and had a pleasant experience. Both owners were very kind and helpful. The piercer explained what he was going to do and the aftercare procedure. He also waited for our daughter to calm down before piercing the second ear. We were given a certificate and teddy bear to take home, which was a nice touch. A really amazing service! They pierced both my daughters ears today (9 years old and 5 months old). Very friendly, didnt rush us whilst we was picking the earings and he ensured i was happy with where the placing mark was where they would pierce the girls ears. He ensured my 9 year old was ok before proceeding and with my 5 month old, he waited until she settled down until he done her other ear. Both girls even got a certificate each! Would highly recommend!

From start to finish they were lovely and made me and my baby feel comfortable. The man piercing interacted with my daughter before doing the piercing, making her smile and calling her by her name. she didn't even cry! we also got a certificate at the end which was a lovely touch! Amazing customer service. Went to pierce my 8 month year old baby. The woman explained all the different ear rings that they had and the prices. The prices were very reasonable. We had a quote from Claire's and Claire's was way too expensive. Also, the range of ear rings that claires had wasn't very good. For example, Claire's charge about £75 for an 18ct gold ear ring. This jewelers only charge £45. And the ear ring looks beautiful. The gentleman was very nice and welcoming. He explained to us exactly what he was going to do before he actually did it. He marked on the ears where he will pierce the ears and asked us if the marking is okay. We was happy with the marking. The actually ear piercing literally took a couple seconds. He was very professional and caring. They also provide after care solution. They explained to us exactly how to use it My Mrs initially wanted to go to Claire's because they are more well known but after getting the ear pierce, she was so glad that she came here. Overall, I am extremely happy with the result and I would recommend everyone to go here for their customer service, the ranges of ear rings that they have and for the reasonable price that they have.

After venturing into Claire's for ear piercing, I very quickly decided to give up and get to these guys. This place is a bit away for me but I wanted to ensure I am going to a place where the staff know what they are doing (which is not the feeling I got from Claire's). I was stuck in bad traffic and called them and requested to wait for me for maybe 5-10mins post their closing time to which they kindly agreed. We were well within time and the process was straight forward and quick. The gentleman made marking on my baby's ears and ensured we were happy and then the ears were pierced. It was extremely efficient. What I liked the most was the customer service and their general warmth. Considering ear piercing is pretty much for a lifetime, it is very important that I could trust the people who are doing it. They made me feel extremely comfortable and also calmed my baby in minutes. Would highly recommend this place despite the distance. If you are getting something done which is permanent, might as well go to a quality place where the staff are trust worthy and skilled.

Went today to do ear piercing to our daughter, we were a bit scared about how it will make her feel and all that. My wife also quickly popped in to Boots to buy Calpole. But it turned out it was all unnecessary, the gentleman was very professional did it quick and our 5months old just cried for 5sec on each ear and that was it! Went back home and as if nothing happened. Less hassle than a vaccination. Price was great too. You only pay for the earrings which are between £35 up to £55. I highly Recommend the place.

Great customer service....Totally recommended. My family has been coming here for years getting our kids ear piercing done. They are friendly, warm and very informative. We travelled 25 miles to get here because they are our families trusted ear piercing shop. The atmosphere is great and very welcoming. We felt extremely comfortable taking our daughter here as we were the only ones in the store, which made me feel safe during covid. The guy was very calm and kind to our daughter and the process was completed quickly. 5 STAR FOR TRICKING A CUSTOMER SO THAT EVERYONE CAN SEE, Hahaha I don't think this guy makes anything I saw a hallmark that does not have anything associated with this company. Each Company who makes jewellery and claims to be unique, you ask them if they have a Hallmark on there piece which is regulated by the Goldsmith Centre Whatever, if baby piecing is all they do as the main bulk of their business I hope they aren't getting in early to trick babies because they can't talk and sadly parents just don't know these things, jewellery unregulated and selling jewellery as your own with somebody else hallmark is quite desperate I must say. But nvm should of read some of the review, before coming here, some look a bit fake, but who reads reviews of jewellery companies when you impulse buy but I would just advise anybody who see this research & inquire before you buy especially for jewellery companies, I leant my lesson the hard way. Luckily it was a cheap piece of jewellery that I could have abit of fun with, but when I was buying it from this guy he was so aggressive I just wanted to get out of the as fast as possible not a nice guys don't let the salesman sweet talk get to you it gets toxic very fast.

Took our daughter (20 months) to get her ears pierced. Fantastic customer service, no pressure placed on us to get things done quickly (a very calming and gentle approach with plenty of time offered for us to settle our daughter between piercings - we didn't need to settle her before the first one), clear advice given for after care along with after care lotion and a genuinely warm inviting atmosphere typical of the best family run businesses. We highly recommend this place for any parent looking for baby ear piercing and would definitely visit again!
