**UPDATE** Changed to 5 stars for the treatment I received. Initially very stressed as 2 items bought for Xmas and both were broken/damaged. Went in to explain and they couldn't help me enough. No fuss and got replacement of one item and upgrade of another at no cost to me. Very professional and courteous service!

Experienced extremely helpful service. Which is very much down to the individual as well as the company. To say the product is overpriced is missing the point that everyone is overpriced. They are not 1 star products. And they are not £300 shoes either. They are in between. If you dont like the product, shop elsewhere.
