I bought 2 pendants from them 5 years ago but, sadly, I lost them a couple of days ago. I went back to the shop this afternoon and, lo and behold the initials are available! I even managed to get a beautiful silver chain for them! I'm so delighted this shop exists! Very good customer service. I t was such a pleasant visit once more! Very recommendable! Popped in to get a strap part for my watch after trying major stores for ages. Not only did they have the part but it was repaired in literally seconds.
