These guys are exceptional! Got both my engagement ring and wedding ring from them. My engagement ring is a beautiful emerald framed by dainty little diamonds, is completely perfect. Tobias makes you feel totally at home, and is super helpful. I didn't feel rushed once. Honestly can't recommend them enough!

Having been recommended by a family friend I inquired as I was seeking to buy an eternity ring. Phil was really helpful in guiding me through the myriad of options from stones to ring types (mind bending choice). It was a completely different experience to the hard sell I’d found in most Hatton Garden retail shops. When it came to creating the ring design and making stone selection I met with the actual craftsman in person who went through a careful consultation to get the design just right. Extremely pleased with the result, especially the competitive price. Very happy with this service, these are good people. Found them while browsing for an emerald ring over the web, met Phil in Hatton Garden who took me down to the workshop. Was given an interesting background lesson on emeralds by Rory who had recently purchased a good new selection of stones. They then helped me design a ring for my wife (a birthday present) and it was finished, ready and looking beautiful within 5 days. If you don't want to spend thousands of extra pounds for the frills of shopping in a top west end store then these are your guys. The result is just the same. Will go back to them again when I have another requirement and would certainly recommend to friends.

Both Phil and Rory are very friendly, patient and helpful. The knowledge Rory has about Emeralds (even Rubies and Sapphires) is vast and impressive. The diamonds they picked out for us to be placed around the Emerald was also of amazing quality. All in all we were extremely happy with the service, the quality of the gems they offered and the workmanship of the ring was impeccable.
