Great customer support when Royal Mail mislaid the item. Really pleased with the hat too, looks really smart, well made and came well packaged.

I purchased a beautiful bowler hat from this Company and unfortunately the package went missing between London and my address. I emailed them and they were extremely helpful and sent me another one out, without waiting for the lost hat to be returned to them. The Company are incredibly helpful , over and above what you would expect. The hat I purchased is fantastic and such good value for the price. I love hats and will almost certainly be purchasing more! I can't recommend them more, everything is spot on and you will not be disappointed. 10/10 from me. Thank you IHats :-)

I have become very impressed with this company...So far i have bought two hats...i was so surprised at the quality for the price....Also I must recommend this company highly for listening to my thoughts on packing and acting on it as I feared for the quality of the Hat recieved...it needed better packing and my next hat was packed a lot better.I did buy one the wrong size to start with but no problem either with returning and credit.Again highly recommended.Phill R.
