After my husband visited many jewellers to get my engagement ring, he stumbled upon the unique shop that is London Rocks. He knew my taste was traditional, and I wanted a diamond ring, but he had no idea how many options were out there. Carl designed a traditional ring with a twist and it was just perfect. So when it came to buying our wedding rings we knew we wanted to go back to London Rocks. This was the first time I had met the team myself and they were very friendly and professional, they listen to everything we wanted and got it spot on. I would highly recommend them!

After struggling to find a non-traditional engagement ring that I liked, we came across London Rocks by chance and were so pleased we did - I now have a beautiful, simple custom engagement ring with a fitted band. From the start London Rocks were incredibly helpful, sourcing lots of options of salt and pepper diamonds (which we'd struggled to find elsewhere), making sure we only came along for our appointment with Karl once they had enough to show us, coming up with a great design, and making the rings quickly as we'd left it quite late before our wedding date. I'd highly recommend them for anyone looking for lovely service, high quality jewellery and something a bit different.

Amazing experience at London Rocks. My fiance visited several shops when designing my engagement ring and this was the first that made him feel super comfortable and listened to what he wanted. I am SO happy with my ring, it is exactly what I imagined and couldn't be more perfect! For my wedding ring I went back to visit Karl who took the time to explain everything (again!) - Of course it's a bit risky to order custom jewellery but I'll be ordering my wedding ring from there too :)

Had a great experience working with Karl and the team. We had looked at other Hatton Garden jewellers but London Rocks came highly recommended and we liked that there was so pushiness. From the start Karl listened to what I wanted, sketching lots of options and bringing in stones for us to look at. It took a few visits but he managed to help me work out what I really wanted (not an easy task!). As a result I have an engagement ring that I love and we ordered our wedding rings from them too. Couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend. Even taking my rings back to be resized recently was so trouble, they were done quickly at no charge and we're cleaned without me asking so looked sparkling new! All in all a great experience.

Could not be happier with the craftsmanship and service of London Rocks! My husband worked with Karl and his team a couple years ago to design my gorgeous art deco engagement ring. He thoroughly enjoyed the design process, felt comfortable and listened to, and the ring is a truly stunning, unique piece of art! And so we have returned again and again. First for a matching wedding band and then for another art deco cocktail ring. When I couldn't make up my mind, the team at London Rocks suggested I take time to mual it over rather than stressing and rushing to a decision. No pushy sales or hard bargaining here, like on Hatton Garden. Karl and the team insist on sourcing the best quality stones (for the budget) and give expert advice on details you wouldn't think to consider. I don't understand why anyone would buy jelwery off the shelf when you can create unique pieces with the expert craftsman at London Rocks! We will certainly be back!

I don't usually write reviews but I was so happy to find London Rocks when we went looking for an engagement ring. The gorgeous range of jewelry and the thoughtful, expert service made the process of finding both our engagement and now wedding rings easy and fun when I was expecting it to be hard and stressful! We wandered into Hatton Garden with the vague idea that was where we'd find what we needed, and after gazing in windows at dozens of interchangeable-looking diamond rings we stumbled on London Rocks. They have loads of different styles they design and make themselves in the studio which you can see for yourself through the glass floor looking down on their workbenches - ranging from conventional diamond rings with a twist you can design with their help, to more unusual stones and settings. The one I went for has pink and white diamonds and was about £1700. We found a really nice plain but unusual band for my partner for about £500. The staff are really friendly and instinctive about finding exactly the right thing for you. They clearly take pride in their craft and expertise and it shows in the way they work hard to tailor every aspect of the ring to your needs - and to interpret what your needs are if you're not sure yourself! We went back yesterday to get some help working out what to do about wedding rings and again were sorted out within half an hour with two rings that will be perfect for us - again after going in a bit clueless! It's refreshing and inspiring to find a place that's independent where they're offering really great craftsmanship and service and doing something a bit different - would recommend wholeheartedly!

Karl was a pleasure to deal with. Knew I had picked the right store as my first visit a lady had just left the shop with the biggest smile and compliments to Karl. He Advised the ring would take 4-6 weeks and had it ready in just over 2. Very knowledgeable, made some suggestions like ‘go half a size bigger on the band’ and it all worked out perfectly. I wanted a pendant made for my husband to celebrate our 40th anniversary and was lucky enough to come across London Rocks. I had contacted several companies asking for a quote and London Rocks was the cheapest as well as having good reviews to which I am happy to add another one. Everybody I met was really friendly and helpful but particular thanks to Juliette and Karl. Juliette who dealt with my emails and phone calls with good humour, patience and understanding (I suffer with ME and wasn't well for much of the time) and the same to Karl but also for making my design a reality. He did a brilliant job, my husband loves it as do I. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy and the experience was as easy as possible for me. I hope that when health and finances allow I can use their services again but in the meantime to anybody looking for a bespoke service, I highly recommend London Rocks. We found the whole experience of buying sentimental pieces of jewellery completely underwhelming. Hatton Garden is a bit soul destroying, full of the same thing over and over. After lots of searching online and meeting with another young designer who was quite unhelpful, we found this is a little hidden gem though. I found Karl and the team online and just thought we should check them out. They listen and offer guidance and support. Plus they will make something just right. Unique. Special. Our rings are amazing. My husband wasn't even going to have one but after working with Karl and looking at some of his work found a design that he really liked and my ring is unique and just perfect. Three months on wearing them and we are just as in love with them as the day we put them on. Thanks heaps guys.

I was recommended to London Rocks by a friend at work. Being the fussy person I am, I wanted a really unique wedding ring which incorporated diamonds and pearls and that fit around my pear-shaped engagement ring. Karl sat down with us to go through all the different options and has included everything I wanted in a ring. He was very honest about the pros and cons of having pearls and other materials and never tried to push the more expensive option. The ring is everything I wished for!!! My engagement ring was a family heirloom so no off the shelf wedding band would possibly do, After visiting a few shops on Hatton Garden and being very underwhelmed with the offering, service and creativity I found London Rocks, who I wouldn’t of necessary noticed as they are set back slightly from the main road but it was such a gem to find. Both myself and my husband work in the creative industry so it was so refreshing to meet Karl who’s passion for his trade shines through and was great to speak to a fellow designer rather than a salesman. I had an idea of what I wanted in my head but I was happy to trust Karl’s design judgement and would go with aesthetic as opposed to bling! Each visit Karl would explain more about the process giving us mini demonstrations in the workshop which was so fascinating to see true artisan craftsmanship, it really made us feel a part of the process and that so much time and care was going into the rings. It’s a truly amazing experience one which I will never forgot London Rocks and Karl has true heart for the industry which maybe Hatton Garden has lost a little over time as more and more shops have salesman’s instead of craftsman’s. I would highly recommend them if you want something unique and not off the shelf, I can’t wait to get designing my next piece.

Their service was impeccable and their knowledge on jewellery made finding my special piece a lot easier. I found the walk through Hatton Gardens quite daunting and was not seeing anything in the shop windows that really spoke to me. Discouraged I decided to go back to the drawing board. I took a left on Hatton Wall and then a right on to Leather Lane. Within two minutes I was stood outside London Rocks Jewellery and I knew this was a different place, much more my style and a lot less intimidating than the parade of shop fronts round the corner. I rang the buzzer and walked in. The cabinets display wonderful pieces, it really helps that each piece is given enough space for you to properly look at them. The cabinets aren't just crammed as full as possible as many other jewellers. This attitude of respect and care for the work really comes across in how they dealt with me and my particular requests. Because as beautiful as the jewellery in the cabinets is, its the bespoke designs that are the real reason to visit London Rocks Jewellery. Eva, the lady I spoke to when I first visited, listened to my ideas and booked an appointment with Karl the head designer. She made sure there would be a good selection of stones of the specific type I wanted, for me to see when I returned. The appointment with Karl was invaluable in helping me understand what I wanted. We had a long discussion about the process, which Karl obviously has a huge passion for, which was very interesting and useful whenI finally decided what I wanted. Following the appointment, the team stayed in contact and my ring was ready long before the date promised and was more beautiful than I could have hoped, but also at the same time exactly as I had pictured. Also it is worth mentioning, that I came in under budget. They knew how much I had to spend but never up-sold me anything to make more money. They listened to me, helped me through the process and used their expert knowledge and skill, to make me the ring I wanted. Needless to say my fiancee was overwhelmed and has a ring that is truly unique and suits her perfectly. We have already agreed that we will look nowhere else for our wedding rings and I look forward to returning to see Eva and the team when the time comes!

These guys provide the best service in Hatton Gardens. I spent many weeks speaking to people about diamonds and rings for my upcoming engagement and found the vast majority of shops in Hatton gardens super tacky with most people in them pushing me for a hard sale. By accident, I stumbled across London Rocks (I was taking a break and getting some food), went inside an immediately noticed a difference. They're more down to earth, not salesy at all. The girls on the front desk are super knowledgeable about rings. Karl, who is the main man there, is a really great guy. I chatted with him about anything and everything. He gave me his opinion on how the ring should look and together we crafted a beautiful ring. I don't just recommend these guys - don't even bother wasting your time with the rest of Hatton garden... it's super tacky and has no style
