He gave easily digestible information on a subject I knew little about and he was always available to answer any queries I had. He was also flexible with appointment times. Delighted with the engagement ring I purchased for my girlfriend! Customer service was of high standard from Jai who was very patient, understanding and very responsive . Always willing to answer any queries I had and was able to provide me with the best advice. After care service has been great. The engagement ring I purchased was the perfect for my partner and will be going back to sort out our wedding bands in due course. Recommended the company to my friend who is looking to propose to his partner and I am certain they will not be disappointed.
p. m.I have used this company twice now, firstly for an engagement ring and the service I received from Jai was brilliant. he talked me through everything I needed to know and really went into the finer details of diamonds. now I didn't have the biggest budget for a ring and that did not bother him at all, he spent a lot of time going through all the options and he made my decision to buy a ring through them so easy. thats why I came back for Wedding rings and that experience was again perfect.

Lots of different options and great pieces and their prices are the most competitive you can find in London (we looked at a lot of different stores before going with them!). And to top off all this, they promised us a free resizing after the wedding in case there were issues. We bought our rings in March 2020 and I called in November 2021 to ask for a resizing since I hadn't been in central London since the pandemic started. Not only did they remember us from 1.5 years back, they happily resized it for free. Very very impressed with Jai, cannot recommend them enough!!

M.We found the London Wedding Ring Co by a general google search and I liked the fact that they had quite a big variety of plain wedding bands (others seemed to focus very heavily on diamonds, etc). Jai was great and patient with my partner and I as we changed our minds over and over and had no idea what size would work for us both. As we were only in town for one day, Jai managed to have our rings completed in less than 24 hours so we could pick them up and try them on before leaving town. Unfortunately my partner's was too big (by his own fault, he has a fear of it getting stuck...silly man). Jai managed to resize it and post it up to us in Scotland by the next day. Such a great service and the rings are exactly what we were looking for! Highly recommend.

L. B.I would definitely recommend visiting Jai. Firstly, Jai was able to expertly advise how best to use an ‘old cut’ sentimental family diamond for my engagement ring. I wanted the new band to fit flush against a wedding ring. My engagement ring is absolutely stunning with the diamond now set in a modern platinum band and I receive many compliments. We visited Jai again to find our wedding bands and have picked them up today - we are so happy with them! I originally wanted diamonds all the way around the ring, however Jai advised it was better to go for 3/4 so that I can resize the band in the future should I need to.
