My fiancé, Graeme had no real clue about diamonds or rings when he decided to propose. But he did know he didn't want to walk into a store with suited gentlemen, waving generic rings in front of him, talking about carats and colour and costs without really understanding him or me. When he found Jason, he felt he found someone who took the time to explain every detail to him in no fancy way. Jason knows his stuff, but he can talk to you in a way that makes you comfortable, engages you and makes you feel like you are part of the process. Jason and his team made a stunning ring (I obviously said yes!) and Graeme was so excited for me to meet them. When I did I knew exactly why he had chosen Jason to be part of this journey. He is wonderful. We would recommend anyone to meet him and his team and trust them entirely to create a ring that you truly feel is part of you. I came across Max Diamonds after doing a fair bit of online research on other Hatton Garden traders and high street stores. Their personable and professional approach made the process of designing an engagement ring really enjoyable. Jason guided me through the whole process, from a very relaxed initial chat about his approach, to picking out a suitable centre stone, and then coming up with a personalised, yet classic, ring design. The final ring design completely exceeded my expectations – I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was absolutely thrilled with my experience with Max diamonds who created a gorgeous bespoke engagement ring for me. From the first contact through to receiving the finished product Jason really stood out from the other Craftsmen and Jewellers that I had visited because of his professional, attentive and no pressure approach. I also appreciated his flexibility in arranging meetings and responsiveness to e-mails throughout. Coming in with very little knowledge he helped guide me through the design process from picking the perfect centre diamond to working out the finer details of the ring design through CADs and a final resin model that really helped me picture how it would look. Throughout, Jasons care (and patience!) was evident in ensuring I was happy with every element of the ring. Not only did my fiance absolutely love the ring (it’s been almost two months since I proposed and I still catch her staring at it!), another aspect which really set Jason apart was the way the whole process was documented, through workshop videos and photos, so I could share this with my fiance who found it very special. I would highly recommend Jason and look forward to going back to get the wedding bands!

I phoned Max Diamonds after doing some research of Hatton Garden and I was immediately impressed by Jason’s professionalism. We agreed to design a ring together and worked through different versions to get this just right. He listened carefully to the styles I liked to pull the design all together and come up with a beautifully, elegant, very personal ring that I now wear each day. People comment on it and notice the detail in which it was made. During this time I visited the workshop and became fascinated in the creative professionalism that Jason and Mike had. It’s a friendly, welcoming environment where attention to detail and advise helps you get exactly want you want. Since this first design, I have now gone back with my fiancé and he is now making our engagement ring. Highly recommended and worlds away from the sales focused supermarket type shops that have sadly creeped into Hatton garden.

My husband found Jason and Max Diamonds as I had a ring which had lost the diamond! He uploaded pictures of the ring to Jason, and we agreed to send it to him to advise and recommend a suitable replacement! I was not disappointed! Jason responded straight away to every email and call and he was extremely helpful. The diamond was put in place and we collected the following week. On collecting my better than new diamond ring, he cleaned and repaired a further ring all to a standard I couldn't believe, they had never looked so beautiful. I cannot recommend highly enough the professional service and friendliness of Jason and his team.

I could not possibly recommend these guys more...they deserve 10 stars, but 5 is the max, so that will have to do. Jason was soooo incredible right from the first email. He was detailed, helpful, caring and informative. He listened to everything I wanted and created bespoke wedding bands for my husband and I that look absolutely SENSATIONAL!!! My engagement ring was purchased from a designer in New York and Jason sized it and lowered the setting for me to make it more comfortable before he began the work on my wedding band. He included the work on my engagement ring as part of his wedding band quote which was already very reasonable! Such a lovely and appreciated touch! I can't even put into words how helpful and meticulous Jason and Mike are with everything they do. The full eternity diamond ring Jason designed for me is an absolute PERFECT match for the setting of my engagement ring and I could not be happier. My husband's band is also soooo smart, unique and elegant. We are both thrilled! If you want to have a close, friendly and trusting relationship with the person making your jewellery, go to these guys. I now have 6 bespoke pieces of jewellery with Max Diamonds. This small but perfectly formed jewellery workshop in Hatton Garden London is both friendly and professional, and their attention to detail on every bespoke commission is so apparent when you work with them. They take time to walk you through the process and their combined knowledge of jewellery manufacture, CAD design, bench work, repair and diamond choice is evident when you work with them. I'm now, with my fianceé 😁 commissioning my engagement ring with them, and Jason is taking care of this walking us through our choices step by step, I cant wait for the result!! Their website and insta feed have great pics to help with choosing too, I really cant recommend these guys enough, if I could give them 6 stars I would!!! Thank you Max Diamonds!
