Ordered two bangles and one bracelet for my sisters from here and they are nice and good quality and very fast service. I have received the personalised items within 4 days of ordering and it came with a little card with the name of the person who engraved it which is really nice. One bracelet link broke after 9 months or so and when I contacted them about repairing it, they’ve sent me a new one instead for free. Thank you for the great service :)

Last week I put in an order on their website after seeing some of their products on the Next website. I put in an order for my mother for Christmas it was a personalised pendant necklace with a green stone, I stupidly did not read that they only had the green in a different metal to the rest of the gold necklace, I bought and within 45 minutes I received a call letting me know that I had the option of the pink or yellow stone instead or I could pick something else from their site, I chose the pink, obviously preferring the green previously picked but none the less happy with their quick service. I then received a shipment email later on that same day which was amazingly quick considering the mix up and it being personalised. it has just arrived at my workplace with the green and gold pendant attached which I am guessing means they had a new delivery of the colour I had wished for, I can honestly say it superseded my expectations of what it would look like and I had people walking round the office showing people for their wifes, girlfriends etc. I cant comment on the quality once wearing it as of yet, but just wanted to express how beautiful the piece is.
