I visited the Michael Kors store located within Westfield Shepherds Bush yesterday with my husband and was delighted with the customer service we received. We were greeted by a very polite young man who was so helpful and pleasant. My husband and I were attended by the manager Matthew and he is a real asset to Michael Kors, he was so happy and friendly it gave us an instant lift and smile. The service we received from him was outstanding and I can’t praise him enough for the wonderful attention he gave us and I can’t wait to come back to the store. Took my wife in today and she loves the brand and wanted to have a mooch around. We were greeted and invited to have a drink as they were hosting an event and ensured us we were more than welcome to join them. My wife got some lovely assistance from Matthew whilst looking at watches, he gave some lovely input and was nothing but helpful. At no point did we feel pressured to buy anything, and despite a promotion for the day being the offer of a free nail treatment with any purchase, he just invited my wife to have hers done anyway for the hell of it which she greatly enjoyed. He couldn't have done enough for us and today I truly discovered the difference between Customer Service and Customer Experience, the experience was tremendous and I cannot praise him highly enough. We'll be back to visit again soon.

The shop is located in Westfield and it is nice and well furnished. I really like this brand which has some interesting stuff for men who want to look trendy, elegant but at the same time informal. What sometimes puts me off are the prices which tend to be on the upper side and are sometimes not justified by the quality the garment. Also the staff is not always very friendly

Today we have been served by a lady called 'Abbie' who was so helpful in explaining in detail and helping out with our smart watches. She took her time(Over an hour) to explain and sort things out.
